You never know at first if there are a bunch of phony reviews from the company employees posing as legit customers. I've had my doubts , but after 10 years or so of using HighYa, I've found them to be pretty accurate. My 9 reviews are worded exactly as written and after 10 years I've grown to trust them and the other reviews that pop in from time to time. They might not always agree with your experience, but that's what the reviews are supposed to be about, The Customer and what he or she went through either good or bad. Those infomercials can be convincing at times, I usually wait until it shows up 6 months later at a big box store before buying. My experiences have turned out better and they have better return policies if the product doesn't live up to the hype.

Helpful to me in the extreme. Clearly written and easy to understand, I never delete their emails. Thank you for your honesty HighYa.

I would highly recommend this to everyone who likes to get relevent, succinct, well researched information that makes living easier.

HighYa offers excellent and practical advice on many topics. For example, Elder Abuse, Scams, and many other important and very readable articles. Their well-written reviews have made me more aware of how to protect and take better care of myself, whether it be exercise, awareness of what is going on in my community and the USA in our troubled world. I thank them for the work they have done to help seniors think more clearly about the garbage we get on the internet or phone. I recommend and value HiYa. -JMG
