I have found this to be a place where I can get straight forward and honest evaluations of many products. It’s the first place I go before I decide if I’m going to consider a purchase or service.

I had a great experience today at smile direct club. When I got there I was at least 20 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic, they were very understanding and inviting still. I was took to the back to do teeth impressions for my aligners. Kayla was the one assisting me with this. She really made my experience great, she answered all of my questions. She just was very kind and attentive to me. Thank you so much Kayla I really enjoyed my experience bc of you. I also got a FREE whitening kit! I can’t wait to get my aligners and start my journey to straighter whiter teeth. 😬

I had a fantastic experience at the Lynbrook Smile Direct club on 7/27/19. The service given by Ann was professional and courteous. She answered all my questions and made my reassessment scan easy and efficient. Thanks to her and manager Liz I would highly recommend this newly opened location. Smile Direct continues to work with me on obtaining my desired smile. Thank You Wylinda Byrd

This is like having Consumer Reports except that you are not waiting for the next issue. High Ya covers things that we might not ever see in Consumer Reports. I always read High Ya and look forward to each update that I receive. I have recommended it to a number of people.
