I’m really sorry you’ve had to deal with this delay. We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait this long, especially when tracking shows your package still sitting in Texas. Please know we’ve already sent someone from our team to USPS to try and get this resolved directly. As a small team, we genuinely care about every customer’s experience, and it’s tough to hear that yours hasn’t gone as it should. Your patience means a lot to us, and we’re doing everything we can to make this right. We’ll keep you updated with any new information, and if there’s anything else we can do in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I’ve shopped here for awhile and I can say I’ve had great experiences with them. For instance today, I texted the company with an issue about tracking my order. Well they answered me back within a few seconds and took care of everything I needed, and then some! I have to say that the product is phenomenal! It is spot on with the levels! If I had to say something negative about this store I would have to say that I didn’t like about my experiences was the amount of time it takes to get my orders However, I think that USPS is partly to blame for that! And maybe I just can’t wait to get it! 😂
