Ordered a product and was told it's out of stock via email and asked if a totally different product would suffice, I said no, and asked if I could just get the berry flavor of the 30 count 15,000mg total and was told yes. I later received confirmation that my order shipped but it said that it was the product that I originally ordered, so I reached out via email to verify what exactly had been shipped. I received a response saying that the product ship was the berry flavor or what I originally ordered which I was satisfied with.... But that's not what I received at all, I received a 20 count 7000mg total. I have been lied to by this company several times now in one order, I have used them for my last 3 orders and I won't be coming back. I do not recommend this vendor to anyone.

Ordered on May 15, 2025. Seven days later received an email indicating that what I ordered was not in stock and suggested an alternative to which I declined. I did not want nor like their suggested replacement, and I asked about other specific alternatives to which they basically responded "we can check on those." Another 7 days go by so I send an email asking for an update. Email is quickly answered notifying me it has been shipped "Great!" I thought. Opened my package and what did I get? Exactly what I didn't want. This tells me stock is thin and limited, and you get what's available whether you want it or not just so they can keep the sale and your $. Like how hard is it to indicate on your site what is out of stock so the customer can choose the alternative?!

This is my experience with High Mellow. In no way should my experience or opinion of High Mellow be a deciding factor in purchasing and/or using this company and their products. I have ordered from this company two times. The first time I was refunded my money because the order was never shipped. A shipping label was made and USPS was awaiting item for almost a week. The second time was here recently. I had placed an order they took my money. This was on a Friday night so I expected it to be Monday before it was processed. On Monday evening when I asked about my order they said that it had been processed and they were going to have it shipped to me and I should receive it no later than Thursday. So they send me an email with the tracking number. One full day goes by and USPS still shows a waiting package. Shipping from Houston Texas and I live in fort Worth Texas. Should only take 1 to 2 days to get to me as soon as USPS has the item and ships it off to reach me. So I contacted the USPS postmaster to see if the tracker maybe had the wrong tracking number. The next day it showed at 12:22 pm on Thursday, May,15th. Item received. With a delivery date for Saturday the 17th. My local USPS postmaster called me on the 16th. To let me know my package was on it's way and I would have it no later than Wednesday the 21st. I waited till it showed delivered on Saturday. That night around 9 pm I checked the mail no package, but I had letters. Here it is May 24th a week since the package supposedly was delivered. My personal opinion is this I know that there are startup company. I know what it's like to start up a company by yourself or even with one or two people. I know when it starts to get busy for a startup company they do have glitches in both shipping order processing and employee placement. And as a marketing specialist / business owner with a business degree. I think their company does not coordinate with each other correctly efficiently or productively. I do believe however they have more demand and supply. This is my personal opinion and should know where affect your opinion about ordering from this company. It's sometimes happens with even the biggest businesses. And with the laws the way that they are individual counties States cities can have their own laws outside of federal law that prohibit a company such as High Mellow from shipping or selling their products and many various in different ways. I do believe they do need a better structure of their workforce. A day-to-day same day order same day shipped policy. Excluding Sundays. Plain and simple.. this is a scam. They answer the chat box, then say they will email you. They never do. Don't waste your money and the hassle of doing a chargeback when they tell you it shipped, but you don't live where it went. This place is very shady.

Well, let’s see I tried giving this company Another chance, I made a second order for two vapes, disposable vapes in the past. I would say its been. 2 to 3 weeks now they haven’t updated on the progress on the app from processing to shipping. I haven’t received any kind of email from Customer Service I wanted to give this company another try because they did eventually send me my product from my first shipment and I really thought that giving them another shot would prove different but it hasn’t I have no information On the products that I bought. the company doesn’t talk back to you. I would be very cautious from ordering from this company.

Never received product.

I placed an order on the 23rd 7 days later still hadn't received a tracking number. I sent an email to check the status. Was told the products were on backorder and would b fulfilled in 5 to 7 days. This would make it over 14 days to receive. Then I was sent an email saying all my items were out of stock

NEVER RECEIVED ITEM. PAID $10 FOR SHIPPING AND NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT. CONTACT COMPANY AND THEY ONLY REPLY WITH STANDARD MESSAGE NO REAL UPDATE
