Highline CommerceHighline Commerce is a technology-driven third-party logistics (3PL) provider with warehouse facilities in Brooklyn, Atlanta, and Dayton, Ohio. We specialize in warehousing and fulfillment for early-stage and growing e-commerce brands, and we're the only 3PL built specifically for start-ups from day one. Founded in Brooklyn in 2020, we started with a simple observation: most 3PLs don't want to work with small businesses. The order volumes are too low, the SKUs too varied, the growth too unpredictable. We built Highline to be the opposite. We take on brands other fulfillment partners turn away, and we grow with them from their first order to their ten-thousandth and beyond. That approach has made us one of the fastest-growing logistics companies in the country, having now served hundreds of brands across apparel, supplements, CPG, beauty, accessories, home goods, electronics, and pharma. What sets us apart is a combination of technology and a genuine partnership model. We utilize cutting-edge technology including humanoid robotics, AI, and a custom software and hardware stack to deliver fast, accurate, and transparent fulfillment. Our clients get real time order-level visibility, competitive negotiated shipping rates with major carriers, and a team that actually picks up the phone. Same-day, 1-2 hour shipping in NY. Whether you're pre-launch or scaling past seven figures, Highline is the logistics partner built to grow alongside you.

This is my first experience working with a 3PL. Highline has been a pleasure to work with thus far. They have been helpful and responsive to my needs especially when something needed to be resolved. A critical attribute to a strong business partner. I appreciate this.

Highline has been a great partner. They're extremely responsive (we have a running Slack channel) and very supportive of small businesses. I started working with them because I was about to give birth, and they sped along the onboarding process to ensure we were done in time for my maternity leave. Richard and his team are trustworthy, the Georgia and New York warehouses were clean and organized, and overall I've really enjoyed my experience working with them and look forward to continuing the relationship!

Richard and his team at Highline Commerce have been exceptional partners to us for the past six years. Early on, they were a rare thing: a logistics partner that supported emerging brands with real care and a willingness to innovate. Since then, they've grown their capabilities and resources to serve brands at every stage, without losing any of that attention. I'm thrilled to see their success, and not at all surprised - it was clear a long way out. I couldn't recommend a better logistics partner for brands at any stage of growth.

People don't believe us when we say "we love our 3PL." It's true! We've been with Highline for over five years and have no intention of switching 3PLs, ever. We do more volume in a day now than we did the entire month we joined Highline, and they have supported us every step of the way. If you are an emerging brand that is looking to scale thoughtfully and cares about having good long-term partners going to bat for you, I would highly recommend Highline Commerce.

I've worked with Highline Commerce for the better part of two years now. It's a special organization. In particular: * Everyone from the picker packers all the way up to the leadership team has a devoted work ethic. We had a need to ship orders after hours and Laron and Rich and Adam made it happen. It's in their blood. * Leadership has developed a community that helps the brands and partners stay ahead on eCommerce tech. I subscribe to Rich's newsletter and have watched his robot fleet expand and packing SLAs get better and better HC is a great place. They stand for all the right things and continue to support many great businesses

Highline Commerce is awesome. Richard (Founder & CEO) welcomed our small business with open arms and made the onboarding a breeze! I'd highly recommend them for any of your brands fulfillment needs.

As a new brand launching for the first time this summer, I was incredibly lucky to find partnership with Highline Commerce. Richard and his team are fantastic! They are transparent, helpful, kind, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I couldn't ask for more in a 3PL warehouse!

Absolutely adore Highline. Extremely helpful in working alongside an emerging brand. Very proud to have Highline be the fulfillment partner for Terlingua Threads.
