HideIPVPNReviews of hideipvpn.com

Bad experience. Unfortunately, I made a mistake of buying a package believing this was a trustworthy company, but now I have doubts. All seemed to be working well, until I received a strange e-mail asking for the copy of my citizen's card or credit card... And that without any illegal activity from my part, just surfing the normal Web and accessing normal sites (for all ages). Although I can hide sensitive information of the documents, this request rises suspicions... I made some search and, although this company indicates an US address for correspondence, it seems that their real headquarters is in Moldova, an Eastern Europe country not very well quoted regarding corruption. Maybe they are trustworthy people, but my advice would be to be cautious about this service provider. This is their original e-mail text: "Hope this email finds you well! To provide you with a quality service in the future, we’d like to make sure that your transaction is valid. Fortunately, it’s a simple process. Just please let us check some of your information within the next 2 days. Please choose from one of the options below: - Send us an email within 48 hours with the copy/photo of your ID card or driver’s license matching your credit card or PayPal info (IMPORTANT: you can hide all sensitive information. Click to see our Terms of Service for details here. - If you paid by credit card, send us a copy/photo of your credit card showing the last 4 digits of your card number, its expiration date and your name on the card. Our apologies for this and have a great day! Thanks, Your Friends @HideIPVPN Team"

HideIPVPN It doesn't work after reporting to support for a refund, they refused and don't want to return anything.

I've waited for a while before posting a review to have a good grab of the vpn performance. After around a month of use, the experience it's been very good, no dns leaks, good speeds, not many servers, but the ones available are decent, very stable connection. Overall very good performance of this vpn provider.

Excelent VPN provider. High VPN server’s speed. Best app ever!

The service is excellent, reasonable prices, with great fast support.

okay 👍 it works fine, so far I have reservations

Easy to use, intuitive tool that never let me down. Great value for money

The service is good and works. Since by nature this is a very volatile technology, the real important thing here is the level and responsiveness of support. And on that front hideipvpn are second to none. Fast, courteous, and professional.
