Ordered hide concealer & it’s amazing! Delivery was fast also!

Horrible!!! I used their color matcher and received a shade that was WAYYYYY to dark- not even close to my shade. I had seen reviews on Facebook of people raving about how awesome their customer service is and how they will ship the right color to you at no cost if you receive the wrong color. I assumed they did an easy swap like Amazon might do. They do not!!! When I emailed them they responded saying I’d have to ship the item back with tracking at my own expense. They would not provide a shipping label. They then tried to tell me that I could keep the product, receive a 40% refund, sell the product to someone with the right skin tone, and receive a 20% off coupon to buy the right shade. Are you kidding me????? It cost me $11 to send the item back. However. I HAD to send it back no matter how much it cost once I realized this product was a scam. I wasn’t going to let them win by having me out $50. At least this way I’m only out $11. I have not received the refund yet but I know these things take time. I will however be keeping an eye on my bank account because although they said the money will return in 2-5 business days, I do have my doubts based off their shady behavior.

I really love my foundation and concealer from Hide! I gave the products a try after seeing Brittany Aldean post about them. I’m a creature of habit and I’ve been using the same brand for a while ( I am brand loyal). I will never go back. I am truly amazed at the quality of the products! The foundation is great for someone like me that needs hypoallergenic and sensitive skin products! I am Hide loyal and I will recommend it to all my friends!

This is the best medium to full coverage foundation I have used. Not only that on my first order I ordered to light of a shade so the are sending me the correct shade free thank you hide. And I love the fact that it doesn’t settle In my lines or pores like other foundations do. It’s amazing coverage and goes on and blends beautifully!!

Emailed with questions about the shades and if they provide samples . They emailed me back that if I ordered and received the wrong shade I could exchange . After I ordered and received the wrong shade they have been unresponsive with the exchange they won’t even answer my emails . I would never order from them again . I am returning the product with the email I received about the option to exchange and will dispute the charge with my bank

HIDE foundation is a lightweight formula that packs medium to full coverage. I love that a little goes a long way. I didn’t have any problems finding the right shade for me with their shade finder. HIDE foundation is going to be a favorite go-to foundation for me!!

I've tried many makeups nothing has worked as well as this I have a mole on my face this is the only makeup that covers it completely

I’m 72 yrs old . I used Revlon makeup since I was 16. I saw your add and decided to give it a try and see if it is as good as you said. Wasn’t happy with Revlon so I thought it wouldn’t hurt to purchase the foundation. I couldn’t wait to try it and omg I loved it . It covers so good and doesn’t feel heavy . I thought I’d try the light beige as I wasn’t to sure which shade to try . It is perfect for me I love this stuff and can’t wait to order the concealer as soon as my check comes in . I highly recommend this product. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed
