I went to the French Castle trip in may, everything went perfectly well, we had a very nice spot only for us, the group was tailored with incredibly interesting people coming from different areas so it was very enriching and fun!

First of all, I want to say once again a huge thank you to the HiddenJam team for organizing this amazing week in the Caribbean! Before and during the trip, they were always there whenever i had a question, very helpful and attentive.During the vibe check I casually mentioned that I would love to practice sailing…I didn’t really expect anything from it, so I was honestly surprised when it actually happened!!! our captain showed me how everything works and gave me a chance to try it myself. I really appreciated that they remembered such a small thing I had mentioned before the trip. Another thing that i liked is having our own chef on the catamaran, the food was sooo good. But you know that even the best food isn’t the same without good company and we had a great mix of kind, fun and interesting people, no time to get bored! Even in the evenings, when i thought there isn’t much to do, we danced, watched the stars and just enjoyed being all together. Also i was a little worried about the cabins before the trip, cuz i’ve never been on a catamaran before, but they turned out to be quite spacious (so was the catamaran itself) . Again, my big thanks to everyone who was part of this trip and made this week so special. If you’re thinking about whether to go or not… JUST GO! You will definitely love it

I booked a surf trip in Biarittz and i have to say it was an awesome experience. As the only man on the trip except for the chef Dani who did the most amazing food and he made so much of each thing you never went hungry. Kris had put together a really fantastic group and I was made so welcome by the group it was a dream of a trip. Ray who was the host was so good at just being there and making this trip work for me I would book again without hesitation. If you are thinking of doing something with Hiddenjam and if you need something else from the team just ask ans from my experience they will do all they can to help make your time more memorable. I have so much to love about this trip from the surf to the food to the atmosphere to the great company what have you got to lose as Nike say "just do it"

I expected a lot of the French Castle trip - and Hidden Jam overcome even my highest expectations: it was a dream come true for me, honestly. Everything was planned with such a good taste, high quality and charm. And on top, they chose the best participants. I don't know how they did it lol but all of the 30 participants that signed in that trip from all over the world - were the kindest people. All of them were interesting, caring, smart.. the best people to have a conversation over morning coffee or have the crazyest most fun time dancing with wine in the evening.

There are few companies actually doing group trips “well”, we loved this one! The team is SO organized, which makes it very easy to enjoy the experience. They tell you each day what the possible options are, and you really don’t feel pressured to keep up with the schedule either. My boyfriend and I were able to go off the couple of afternoons we needed for work then rejoin later, we loved that. Getting to know new people, seeing all the beautiful sites, discussing business ideas, it was really a unique part of the trip I loved. The food on the trip from the personal chef was AMAZING! We wanted to bring our chef home with us 😂😂😂😂

I sailed for a week in Greece with Hidden Jams and loved it. I appreciated that they did a vibe check with guests because they paired people together well. Even though my roomie was from another country we got along great! What set this trip apart was the balance. We had time to relax and just soak in the beauty of the islands, play in the water, etc but also plenty of opportunities to explore charming villages. Everything felt seamless yet spontaneous, which is the sweet spot for travel. I would happily go on another adventure with Hidden Jams! It reset my soul.

Absolutely the most awful decision I have ever made: from the beginning the price was advertised at 2450, and then changed up in the call to 3900 I was looking at the website during the call and it was changed. It’s incredibly dishonest advertising. It was marketed as a social media/entrepreneur oppurtunity as well as having a one-on-one which I signed up for but never received: Ana also verified that I’d get a one on one and that never happened. The marketing workshop started by the guy giggling and flirting with a bunch of the girls which is incredibly unprofessional and just made the whole scenario a joke it wasn’t taken seriously. On the call I was told I was going to be on the other French persons boat and without any question from me was put on another boat which I didn’t agree to. The food was absolutely atrocious to say it was a Michelin star chef was not only false but I tried to go on other boats and buy myself food just to be able to eat a decent meal. I was required to do the dishes whilst others swam and enjoyed the sun. Absolutely unacceptable. I was not informed I’d be sharing a room- I’m not comfortable sharing a small bed with a female seeing as nowadays not everyone is straight it makes me feel uncomfortable. Sleeping ontop of a boat for that many days isn’t ideal. The people who’s boat I ended up on were also not informed they’d have two strangers added to their boat they were a group that all knew each other which wasn’t fair to them either. Furthermore my Roomate left toilet paper in the toilet and shit and left it there I mean the whole scenario to deal with was an absolute nightmare and it wasn’t even a long weekend it was a whole week I was stuck while others were served phenomenal food, without a comfortbale place to sleep or be. And the drama on the trip could make American reality shows look like child’s play.

We value all feedback as it helps us improve, and we had already offered you a dedicated 1:1 workshop with the ambassador after the trip. The conditions of the trip, including price, shared accommodation, food, and program format, were explained transparently in advance and applied equally to all participants. While we are always open to feedback and ways to improve, we believe that what was delivered was fair and aligned with what was communicated beforehand. — Regarding your comment about sharing space, we’d like to kindly note that our community is built on inclusivity and respect. We welcome participants of all backgrounds, genders, and orientations, and creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone is one of our core values — The trip was always priced at €3,990. While our website shows “from €2,450” reflecting two types of boats, this lower option was for a boat without a chef for those who wanted to join at a reduced price. When you joined the trip, just a few weeks before departure, all participants had booked the catamaran with a chef for €3,990, so the €2,450 option was no longer available. This was clearly discussed during the vibe check, and you were informed of the €3,990 cost before making your deposit. You joined knowing the full price, and it did not cause any concern at that time. — This trip has always been an entertainment sailing experience with group activities and a workshop. We never marketed it as a “marketing and entrepreneurs retreat,” nor were one-on-one coaching sessions advertised. While we offered a group workshop with the ambassador to provide extra value, you always had the opportunity to approach him directly with questions, and if needed, we can still arrange a dedicated session with him — Cabin assignments were communicated in advance during the vibe check, and you agreed to the conditions. While you slept on a different catamaran, you were always welcome to spend as much time on the ambassador’s boat as you wished. No one restricted that access, and it was up to you to take advantage of it. We also offered you a discount. As stated on the website, each participant receives a spot in a double cabin, and photos of the cabin showing a double bed were available. We discuss this during vibe checks and always clarify that the bed is shared. We are transparent about these details before participants commit and pay a deposit. — As for food, chefs, and group dynamics – these can vary from boat to boat. While we do our best to ensure a good experience, we cannot take responsibility for personal preferences or for how other participants behave. This trip was always advertised as a shared sailing experience with the program and masterclass included. During the trip, we regularly checked in with participants one-on-one to make sure everything was going smoothly. We also had a couple of conversations with you, and since no concerns were raised at the time, we assumed things were fine. If something ever felt off, we would have been happy to address it immediately and find a solution together. Before the trip, you informed us that you were very eager to join but could not pay the full amount upfront and requested post-payment. We made an exception and trusted you to honor your commitment, yet the balance was never paid! All details are transparent, and questions are discussed during the vibe check. The goal of this trip was to enjoy an entertaining sailing experience, meet the ambassador, explore Greece, connect with new people, and make friends. I’ve already been on 2 trips with Hidden Jam: surf trip and a yachting one, - both were unforgettable! I went looking for a beautiful experience with cool people. But it ended up giving me sooooo much more. It was a complete reconnection — to myself, my joy, my energy, and what I actually want in life. ✦ Why it stands out: – The quality is exceptional — the planning, the food, the vibe, the locations.. you simply don’t find this anywhere else – The people are carefully selected — inspiring, kind, creative. You end up making real connections because you very often share core values. *I’m meeting with my surf trip friend in 2 weeks, though we are from 2 different countries! – The atmosphere is this rare mix of relaxe and energizing. Its fun and very real. I felt very seen, beautiful, its the place that you can just be yourself, and that’s where the magic happens. After these trips, I felt more connected: to myself, to my business, relationship.. to new ideas I hadn’t considered before. I even decided to start learning how to sail and going on the next captain practice in a month (Didn’t see that one coming!:)) Hidden Jam truly changed how I now look at vacations and experiences! The only issue here is that you just can’t get enough :):) Extra kudos to the whole team: they make the impossible possible and well, they won’t say it, but you know: YOU - are the main character. Like everything is for you… and somehow, thanks to you. It’s not just a vacation. It’s something you carry with you — even after you’re home.
