Really great products, but poor quality control and support
The coffee machine itself is really great, but we received it with cracked water tank (crack is big enough to leak water). After contacting support they told me that they will send me new water tank. I have waited a couple of weeks, but didn't receive it, then tried contacting them again, but they ignored me. So, even tho product feels great, I would not recommend buying it cause of poor quality control and almost non-existing support.
