Hibrew H4c with electrical problems, battery self discharing within 1-2 day. Customer Service sucks, day aftre day the need a new picture new video and ask same questions over and over again.... Never seen such a worst customer service

I purchased the Hibrew espresso machine fairly recently and used it only a few times before it started malfunctioning. I’ve sent two emails to support, but I never received any reply.

Extremely poor customer service and defective products! My portable espresso maker arrived completely dead and making a ticking sound from day one. When I contacted them, they refused to issue a refund and kept stalling, making excuses about local holidays to avoid fixing the issue. Do not buy from this untrustworthy company. I am now taking legal and financial action through my bank.

HiBrew H13 Is a SCAM and You Should Never Buy It I asked support three times whether it has a three-way solenoid valve. They told me three times that yes, it does. I bought the machine. It does not have a three-way solenoid valve. Okay, let's forget about that. Maybe this coffee machine is good in general? I decided to run it a few times with just water. I got a soup with visible microplastics. I ran maybe three liters and the microplastics were still there. The water smells like plastic, the machine smells like plastic. Okay, maybe I'll run 30 liters and after that I can enjoy my coffee? Nope. The manometer is showing some weird stuff instead of the actual pressure on the coffee puck. Even when I run water with no portafilter at all, the pressure already reads 9 bars. Any amount of even coarsely ground coffee sends the readings far into the red zone. Okay, maybe the coffee turns out tasty? Also no. I have a 1Zpresso J-Ultra hand grinder, I tried different grind setting and still couldn't get a good cup of coffee. Maybe support helped me after the purchase? I haven't received a reply to a single email since buying the machine, and in the chat they told me once again that it has a three-way solenoid valve - lied for the fourth time. Every time I asked for return instructions, they simply ignored me. I am currently preparing all the materials to file complaints with every relevant consumer protection authority. I believe a scam like this simply should not exist in 2026.

A negative star or at least no star is more appropriate. Product expected to be delivered by end of January and I still haven't seen it when it's almost end of March. Extremely bad customer services. First, they said they couldn't find my details. Then they said they will get someone to get back to me. I haven't heard from them for days. Their system will automatically delete the conversation if there are no updates after 7 days. Hence, all they need to do is wait and problem will disappear automatically. I requested for a refund after waiting for so long and I still haven't heard from them. My worst purchase in 2025/2026. Stay away from HiBrew at all cost

English version below: Ich kann nur eindringlich davor warnen, hier etwas zu bestellen. Anfangs wirkt alles seriös, aber sobald es Probleme gibt, ist der Service komplett verschwunden. Versprochene Ersatzteile kamen nie an, angebliche Sendungen ohne Trackingnummer, und nach mehreren Nachfragen wurde ich einfach ignoriert. Der Händler meldet sich schlicht nicht mehr. Die Kaffeemühle mahlt selbst auf Stufe 0 viel zu grob, der bodenlose Siebträger passt nicht und hat die Maschine sogar beschädigt. Vereinbarte Ersatzdichtungen wurden ebenfalls nie geliefert. Nach Monaten des Wartens ist klar: Kein Service, keine Verantwortung, keinerlei Zuverlässigkeit. Für teurere Geräte völlig ungeeignet. Ich rate jedem dringend ab, hier zu bestellen. Promised replacement parts never arrived, no tracking number was ever provided, and after several follow-ups the seller simply stopped responding. The grinder is far too coarse even at setting 0, the bottomless portafilter does not fit and even caused damage to the machine, and the agreed spare gaskets were never included. After months of waiting, it is clear: No service, no accountability, no reliability. Absolutely not suitable for higher-priced equipment. I strongly advise avoiding this seller.
