Just being surrounded by other driven women who understand the challenges of trying to juggle modern motherhood with a career (or in some cases entrepreneurship) helps me stay inspired and provides a space to be seen when things are feeling too hard and celebrated when things are going well. HeyMama has also served as a platform for me to meet other women both in the wellness space and beyond. Connecting with like-minded, passionate women truly energizes me and is one of the things I do to fill up my cup.

I look forward to the many more events they put on in the future!

Requested to cancel the day my subscription renewed and was charged a $75 fee. Considering there is no physical product, and this is an organization that claims to "have your back" rah rah I can't think of a less friendly policy towards a busy mom during back to school time.

A HUGE Disappointment I really wanted to like this organization and engage with the members. However, after about 6 months of trying, I realized it wasn't for me. Sadly, you are locked into a 12 month contract with no exit. This finds the organization with people in it who are angry and dont engage because they dont want to be part of the organization. Holding members hostage to boost their numbers isn't an effective membership strategy. When I approached leadership about leaving, I was told there was no wiggle room to leave. They are a money grab. I would recommend spending your valuable dollars elsewhere.

I signed up not realizing that this is a paid membership. I asked to be unsubscribed and couldn't for far too long. I got nothing out of this and was quite frankly really pissed that I had to continue. They need to fix this issue instead of getting rich off people.

HeyMama is a very supportive community for women who are in a constant juggle of owning or building a business and being a mother. Their in person events are my absolute favorite!

HeyMama has been an amazing positive impact in my life since I joined. Connecting with other like minded hard working moms has been a crucial support system for me. My own mom did not work, and it has taken years to get her to understand that my work is my choice and my passion. Being able to connect with other women who get it, get that working is wonderful, is a lifeline!

I "applied" to learn more about this group in August of 2021 off a Facebook ad. Again, the message was that I was applying to learn more about this group. Before I received any information I was billed. Confused, I reached out to ask for more information and a refund until I made a decision about this group being a good fit. At this time I was sent a cold, templated message that my request was not possible and that I had agreed to a yearly subscription. This felt very manipulative, and didn't leave a positive impression. This summer I had my assistant write to you to ensure my monthly bill was canceled prior to the year mark. We received no response from your team, and now it appears I've been locked into another year and billed again. I received a templated response which now is providing me with an option to PAY to cancel. As a business owner, I am quite surprised at the lack of personalization or concern for these membership and billing practices.
