When I made the decision to make this purchase I will say it was a little bit of a wait, but what they say, anything good is worth waiting for and I will say that’s the truth. So easy to set up and so great to learn from the HeyAbby team of experts from this new company I’m excited every day looking and the progress of my grow and the draining and replacing the 3 gallons of water really only takes less than 5 minutes. The few times I had questions I had a response in just a few minutes very fast never did the leave me holding the bag they have been there when I needed them. I wish I could afford another heyabby grow box. I would definitely recommend this new company to anyone that wasn’t to grow indoors.

Best investment in awhile
This thing is incredible and allows anyone to grow herbs. The customer service that I experienced is second to none. Overall great company and the way they have brought a community together is amazing! Get one (or two)!

I was interested in hydroponics for…
I was interested in hydroponics for some time and the Abby box offers an all in one home grow system. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for Jake at Hey Abby, I was having difficulty getting the box to work with my router but, after all of the trying and steps suggested by Jake and the Abby team I was able to get them paired. It's beginning to look a lot like this is going to work out just fine. First baby and she is growing just like the weed she is.

LOVING my Hey Abby
So far I am loving this grow box. I'm only germinating my first seed but so far so good. Customer service has been AMAZING. They respond quickly and seem to really care how it's going and if I'm happy with my purchase. I will have more to say as I continue this process. So far .......LOVE LOVE LOVE

Support team is great!
Support team is great. Always responds fairly quickly within several hours or sooner. Jake and Vee are both excellent people!! I've never had an issue they could not fix. I also like their product. The Abby box has been great so far
