Dear Aurora, Jake, Rose and Bismarck. What a clever, exciting and innovative device you guys have created, built and brought to market. My 420 is even better than I had imagined. I love it so much that I've just ordered another. Thank you for making Hey Abby available in Australia. The time difference makes communication slower, but you guys have really stepped it up and made it work. Your responses to messages and follow through has been so appreciated. You've helped make my Hey Abby experience enjoyable. Growing my first plant is so fun, exciting and rewarding. I look forward to a long and fruitful association with the Hey Abby team for many years to come. Warm regards, Judith One very happy customer 😊 Soon to be even happier thanks to you guys 🙏

fast, accurate help like i've never seen. Highly recommend.

I had nothing but great experience with Jake. Very knowledgeable. Answered quickly with my questions I had. The grow box is exactly what they said would be. Very impressed. Thank you again for being there for me and my first time experience. John

I couldn’t get into my account to check my subscription. Within an hour, I got a response and the issue was fixed. Never been happier with this team.

Quick responses in a timely manner, extremely helpful and Customer Service oriented! I look forward to receiving my Abby!

Super great

HeyAbby made a promise to honor some prices and when I contacted customer service they were friendly, fast, and delievered on their promise. I can't wait to have my shipment come in and be a part of the community!

I wasn't sure if I'd even get a response for the question I had and when I did get a response I was told great info and they helped reset some things from their end wich I didn't know was possible... they also reached out a week later jus to see if everything was still going smoothly. They go beyond the bare minimum wich is rare these days...
