Reliable Service
I've had HeyAbby OG version for over a year now and it's one of the easier hydroponics systems I've used. I haven't had any issues with their customer service either. I've had to contact them twice so far. Once a few months ago for a connection issue that turned out was my fault, and another more recently for an inquiry about their sponge material as a growing medium. Each time I've gotten a fast response and a follow-up email to make sure my issue was resolved.

The technology to grow indoors has always fascinated me. Im glad I get the opportunity to try it out with a super sturdy and beautiful piece that looks great in my office ;)

Customer service and product is A1!!!
Customer service and product is A1!!!! Let's work on them push notifications so a person doesn't have to constantly check the app to see if everything is good. Other than that this stuff is nicceeeee!!!

We have had our Abby for well over a year and we love it! We had the original OG version and ran into some complications with it and Abby was quick to fix the problems. Great customer service and wonderful people on the Discord. One of the best companies I've had the pleasure to work with.

Abby is the one source
Abby provides quick help to your plant and hydroponics grow cabinet. I had a plant that was quickly on the way to dying. The help support with a quick picture was able to steer me in the right direction and now my plant is doing better than I could have hoped for.
