I love the box , the app can have an issue once in a while but what app is perfect ? I only have one complaint and its about the subscription plan as much as i would love to use their subscription plan i will not as they only accept pay pal and gift cards . total bs when you can buy everything else with a normal credit card. don't understand why don't care its a no go for me pay pal is to easily hacked

I’ve had my hey Abby 420 edition for about 2 weeks give or take,. They have exceeded there customer service issues 100%. My pump & fan were not working when the it arrived & I thought to myself oh lotd here we go starting off on a bad note probably meant it would only get worse. However little did I know these guys were on top of it like it was here own & proved me wrong big time they walked me through the easy fix it turned out to be, the customer service was A1 they had me up & runnig in no time at all. I could not be happier with the choice I made & look forward to purchasing another one as soon as possible.

I ordered my first item from Hey Abby and was very pleased with delivery, support and their products. I’ve ordered at least 10 more items since then. They provide live feeds with questions and answers from the community. Being a first time grower they have helped me out a lot. Will definitely be buying more in the future.
