The unit look is good. It is discrete and blends in with our home furniture. The one thing I would have liked to have known that the 420 edition smart dial was not digital. The app is very useful and it allows me to control the environment to a certain point. It would be nice if you all developed a wide body to give the plant more space to grow and add more usb connections. Would I purchase one all over again if I could? I would. When I ran into small issues they quick to get the issues resolved.

Customer service is top rate!!!

Past weekend no internet but Hey Abby customer support got me through with no adverse conditions. Support team answered every query, NEVER felt alone. This system has given me great results in the past and I expect nothing less looking ahead. Best purchase ever!

For me the hey Abby grow box has been an incredible experience. I can’t put into words the satisfaction of growing my own product from seed to finished product. It’s extremely simple, but you do have to put some time into learning the process, which for me was part of the enjoyment. But for me the best part of this whole experience has been the customer support. I have never waited longer than 24 hours for a response, some being within minutes. They have helped me with a few rookie mistakes and made my overall experience wonderful. I will soon be setting up another Hey Abby once I decide which one I want. I couldn’t be happier and HIGHly recommend.

Just ordered my Hey Abby and accessories. My fan and cam came today. Seems good quality. Box is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I’m excited. Got my beans. Nutes of choice and I’m ready to grow again. I decided to buy this setup due to other reviews and research and as I don’t have a lot of room like I live in my bedroom don’t have any space. So to say the least I’m rather excited as this looks to be a permanent solution for a single med/rec user. Happy Growing My Abby has ARRIVED. Perfect Condition. Very nice unit and exactly what I was looking for. A bit pricey but I’m sure it’ll pay for itself within 6 months. There are a lot of options out there and everyone’s needs and space conditions can be accommodated I love my Abby and if you are short on space this box could be your answer. I’ve heard about the subscription model and plan to use it for the filters and whatnot as far as nutes sorry Abby I’m using Advanced Nutrients as they have always performed well. Again Happy Growing. Note. I’m painting the white plastic door opener plug black as light does show. Easy fix definitely not a deal breaker.

Wonderful fixed price guarantee for me great company love hey abby

I waited to last minute to try to update my subscription and had some problems. Very responsive team, they were able to get the matter resolved quickly within the day and got the subscription renewed before it expired.

So far so good. The product comes exactly as described with all the materials needed to start growing. I am a novice with hydroponic growing and the 24/7 support is great. I ask, they answer. (Not like speaking with a computer.) I would recommend for anyone new looking to grow their own meds.
