After reviewing your order with reference O#19561, we found that this was a replacement order placed on Oct 6, shipped the next day via USPS, and delivered on Oct 15. Prior to this, a back order for the 420 Pro grow box was placed on Aug 17 with an ETA of Sept 30, and we shipped it ahead of schedule on Sept 25, and it was delivered on Oct 1. Each grow box comes with a free 3-month subscription for 1-on-1 grower support. Our grow team is here to guide you through every step of the cycle, and many of our customers find the support invaluable for achieving great harvests. We encourage you to try this service—you can easily connect with our grower team through the app, who can assist with any issues and help your plants thrive. According to our grower, your seed is ready to be transplanted into the cube foam sponge. Regarding shipping inquiries, all tracking numbers were emailed as soon as the items were shipped, and shipping ETAs are clearly listed on our product pages. Due to high demand, some items may sell out quickly, but we are working to restock them as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by back-ordered items and understand the frustration of waiting for your order. Regarding product quality, we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Your comment that none of the products met your expectations was surprising to us, but we understand that every customer has different expectations.
