I have never grown in my life. This grow box has taken away all the fear, all the second guessing. The support team is actually pretty responsive and knowledgeable. The app is incredible, and very user friendly. I love this product and think every penny was worth it.

The support team was very helpful. They helped me resolve my issue in a timely manner.

My Abby unit was headed to my previous address and they were able to reroute it to the correct address with no problems. They even responded back with a solution within a couple days of my address snafu.

Abby has been very helpful. The people have been extremely responsive with insight and guidance.

I’ve tried to grow on my own a couple times, and it didn’t go well. When I saw hey Abby, I thought it would be the perfect Opportunity to redeem my past failure. If anything was gonna work, it was going to be this, and boy did it work. The box is great, the instructions in the app are great, The ability to take a photo and ask support any questions you might have is great. Friends of mine who have been growing for years, haven’t been as helpful as the hey Abby support. Go without saying my plans looks large and amazing.

Excellent product and even better customer service. Without exception, someone has always personally followed up with me whenever I’ve had questions. Highly recommend this product.
