Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand you reported missing a pH meter, which was included in the same package as the other accessories according to our warehouse and inventory records. Nevertheless, we arranged a replacement for you to ensure your satisfaction. When you mentioned another missing item described as something that "goes on the outside not the inside," we faced some confusion. Upon clarification, you identified the item as the R201 humidity and temperature sensor, which, according to our records, was not ordered. To assist you further, we kindly request your order number or the email address used to place the order. This information will allow us to verify the order and shipment status accurately. We are committed to resolving any issues you've encountered and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
