When I received my order, a beautiful necklace, noticed the pendant was holding on by a frayed thread. I contacted customer service immediately by email also including a photo. Within a few days I was given a refund for the item which I requested. Customer service was very easy to communicate with via email and very quick in responding.

Really liked the emails I received prior to my purchases arroving about setting intentions before they arrived, etc. That was a really nice touch. Gives the impression that Hexagra takes spirituality seriously. Products were lovely.

In ten minutes while wearing it I felt a change. I felt lighter more uplifted. So I ordered some as gifts as well to bring that feeling and protection to others that I care for. Although the shipping takes forever. If you buy one you might as well by two for the discount because one seems a little pricey but I love mine and wear it everyday.
