Herschel Infrared North AmericaReviews of herschel-infrared.com

The product is very well made, very functional, and easy to install. Herschel North America office was unresponsive. The folks from the UK office were very helpful. Delivery took longer than expected. I question whether Federal Express is your best option for shipping. A multi-package shipment was broken up into individual deliveries over several days. I spent a significant amount time dealing directly with Federal Express. Ultimately the panels were delivered, undamaged.

Out of 3 pigs 1 came in 4 days, 2nd in 6 and last one was tied up in customs for 8 business days. But not bad will order again on future projects.

Jessica she is the best she went above and beyond for me

I had very good quick responses to all my inquiries. When the shipping time was delayed, I was informed with apologies and with good amount of follow up to say when it would arrive. I was very pleased and satisfied with this customer service. thank you

Great product, simple to install and looks great on the ceiling. Although it is July I have run the unit and I expect it will be fine once we start using it regularly in the fall. It was packaged very well to protect during shipping. We fully expect to order more units.

Warms my little basement office up beautifully

5 stars would be how I feel right now, however, I am rating it at 4 because the set up of the MD2 wired thermostat was very frustrating and the instructions did not get me there. Daniel from UK had to call me and walk me through getting set up, which took maybe 30 seconds to be successful. Thank you Daniel. I am very happy with the heating panel.

Received faster than expected and well packaged. The products were as described and meet all of the expectations and specifications we had for our project.
