Stephanie was a great help! I purchased several products in the Bahamas and emailed customer service for some direction on which products to use daily, weekly, etc. She was very helpful. I purchased the eye product in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. They said they would ship it to me so I would not have to get it through security. I never received it so reported it to my credit card. Hermetise told my credit card company that I took it with me. I think the shipping is a scam so they do not have to ship the product unless you buy the whole package. I spoke with Betty at Hermetise and she is going to see that I get the Product I ordered. She will send the Moisturizer and Peeling Mask and will contact the store I bought from to get the Luxiaan syringe for me. I am very pleased with the customer service.

Since I was out of the country when introduced to these products, it was quite a job to send and then receive my purchases: I was not going to be home for another week. However, today I have to say that the service and the products were great. I do hope as a 79yr old, I wilk be able to take 10/15yrs of my age, lol

I puarchased this 10 months ago while I was still 19 at the time. Best purchase I have ever made. I don’t have wrinkles but my skin had some blemishes and I had dark circles. I been using the peeling mask once a week and stopped using any other peeling masks. I can’t believe how much my skin has improved. I literally don’t wear makeup anymore and my friends always ask me how my skin is so nice. I’m willing to pay the price because it’s worth it. I would rather age nicely and take care of my skin now then later. ( get in the habit) I highly recommend this. I payed 100$ for this at the mall. But he first asked me for 300$. So you could definitely get the price lower.
