Salespeople (at Miracle Mile Shops, Bally's, Las Vegas, NV) were extremely helpful and the product's efficacy (wrinkle eraser) really speaks for itself. My husband and I could see the difference almost immediately in the skin around my eyes and the few lines that I do have on my forehead. I've been using it now for almost a week and the results are incredible! I also have the skin brightening serum with Vitamin C that I use at night. The orange scent is lovely, too. Great products!

i made a second trip back to the Springfield Premier- Supreme I location and my experience was just as good as the first one. My representative Gaziza was outstanding and assisted me in the purchase of a mud bar and face cleansing gel. I would come back to this location because of service I have received from she and Dinara.

The customer service is great! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I sent a question by email and the response was sent the next day. I have had a great experience with this product so far.

I recently purchased the Hermetise Professional Collagen Peeling Mask at a beauty shop. I am still in the early stages of testing it out. I have been using this at night before bedtime, right after taking my baths. On cleansed, dry skin, this very fluid-like gel is to be applied directly onto your face using gentle, circular motions, then stop for a minute or two, then resume - again, using very light, circular motions. As you do this, you see the gel melting into a clear fluid-like liquid and the debris coming off of your face. When done, you just wash-off using lukewarm water. I really like how the gel feels light & silky, and my skin, also, afterwards. My face looks & feels a little more refined & has some clarity, and it is a bit smoother & softer, as well. I have only used this collagen mask a couple of times, but I will continue testing it out, using once a week. I am looking forward to the next time when I use this mask, again. I hope I will like this product more and more.
