I used a couple samples of Hermetise and then purchased the moisturizer and wrinkle eraser. I have loved both products. My skin feels so soft and healthy. I will be buying more and would recommend Hermetise products.

If they hadn't done an in-store demonstration on me, then I probably wouldn't think about buying products at these prices. I could see instant results and the salesman was very professional. Great products!

I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service I received from Adam Era at the Los Cabos store. Not only did he thoroughly explain the products to me, but he also provided two complementary facials. The products are pricey but well worth it. Having a bright vibrant fresh face after using the products for a couple of weeks makes the investment worth it! Adam helped me submit and follow up with an incentive program allowing for an 8.9% refund through Moneyback.mx. The customer service did not stop there!!! I’ve since emailed Adam twice with product application questions and he promptly responded both times. Thank you for the best customer service I’ve ever received. Your Wisconsin Fan, Carol!!!

Toni at the Del Amo Fashion Center was awesome! Amazing customer service and I got the peel and moisturizer at a great price just in time for my trip to Europe! He had gotten my attention and gave me a sample of those 2 and the eye serum on one side of my face. After finding out I was going out of country tomorrow he also did it to the other side just so they would look the same. Lol

I have to say that the care & concern that I received from Stephanie, of Hermetise, far surpassed anything that I expected! It was better than anything I have ever experienced dealing with other companies! My problem was actually a mistake made ON MY PART, not that of the Hermetise staff or company. Regardless, they went the "second mile" to resolve my issue. Thanks!!!
