I recently bought tresor rare and opatra products from an Israeli guy in Westfield london (white city). Was a huge rip off. When I came home, I realised I have been cheated. He sold me tresor rare golden luxe mask for £3000 saying its actual price is £6000. I called tresor rare shop in london and the price was £1000. On top of it, if you use the mask, you will realise, its not even worth £2.0 Surprised Westfield staff is unaware of this man. Should be kicked off immediately.

After my first review, someone from the company reached out to me. They sent out a package with replacement and new products. That in itself said everything. I am liking the new products and I'm very happy with the customer service I received.

I recently wrote a review on here regarding the white film under my eye after applying the filler. Stephanie reached out to me and explained to me that the white film is from applying the serum and filler together. Since she has explained this I will now try applying the two products at different times. She did state that she was sending me a gift basket. I would like to say thanks for the good customer service and explanation.🙂

Yesterday we had a slightly unpleasant experience at the Opry Mills store that sells this product. The employees were rather pushy in their sales tactics (as most sales people on commission) and my mother ended up buying a product that was tested on her. Unfortunately, the product caused her to have an allergic reaction and that mixed with our experience made us just simply want to return the products. Thankfully, customer service helped us get in touch with the owner of the store and manager who very pleasantly helped refund us for the products we purchased.

It cleans and moisturises without making your skin greasy or oily and has almost immediate effects. Enjoying the product so far.

My husband and I were approached in Vegas. We both loved the immeadiate results we saw with the products applied. After an hour or so and some complimentary wine we decided to make a purchase. Yes, the price kept getting lower and lower. We bought 2x of everything; the wrinkle eraser, eye serum, collagen moisturizer, mask, cream, face serum, cleanser and the Avologi Eneo medical device. Was it high pressure? Yes. Did we feel like we got ripped off? No. We knew we could negotiate the price down and held out until we received a price we felt was fair. It felt like purchasing a vehicle, however we never once felt like we couldn’t walk away or that we were being tricked. It was also very clear that no refunds were accepted. We took half of the treatments home with us and the other half plus the device shipped to us a promised within 7 days. So far I am seeing a difference in the fine lines and wrinkles and my husband’s look much improved too. I’m excited to see the results after 8 weeks of using the medical grade device and am hoping my hyperpigmentation will be less noticeable. To me, if the products work and you get what you paid for, it’s hard to call it a scam.
