Stephanie with customer service was wonderful!
My husband and I were stopped while vacationing in Hawaii. I felt like the whole encounter was one big fat scam! They put some product on my face and I have to admit that what ever they used did show dramatic results. The lady told me the product would last 21/2 years which sounded a little fishy. The music was playing so loud that it was distracting, I’m sure it was on purpose so I could not concentrate. When she told me how much the product was, I about fell out of my chair. I told her although I liked what it did for my skin, I didn’t think it was worth it so she lowered the price and somehow convinced me to pay $500 for the product and gave me a complementary facial the next day. I should have known it was just more of the scam! When it was all said and done, I ended up paying $4,000 more for 2 devises that promised to take away all the damage and wrinkles on my face. Needless to say, 2 months later with consistent use of all the products, my skin is still the same and I am $4,500 poorer! The eye syringe product that was supposed to last 21/2 years is almost gone and not surprisingly, it doesn’t give the same results as it did that day she put it on me! These people just prey on innocent people on vacation! Of course none of the products can be returned! Worst experience ever! Stephanie with customer service contacted me and apologized for my bad experience. She explained that that actual company that makes the product only distributes the products. They have nothing to do with the selling practices of these 3rd party companies. She offered to send me enough of the product I purchased to last the 2 years they promised along with some of their other products for me to try. I must say, the customer service is top notch!
