*updated* Upon dealing with Stephanie at Hermetise customer service I am changing my review to 5 stars based on her customer service. Making note that it does not change the experience i first encountered, but it does show her willingness to try to make things right. I was visiting Nashville, TN last week and there's a Hermetise store in the mall. While walking past the salesman working there Wednesday night (8/7/19) stopped me to try a sample of the eye serum because my eyes were puffy. I went inside the store, sat down in the chair where within just a few minutes of sitting there I was shamed and called stupid for my own face cleaning regime. I was told that I could not afford this product but i needed it. Also he tried to diagnose me with rosacea (I do not have). I did try to leave since I was not particularly in the mood to be talked down but he kept blocking my way out of the chair. My friend that was with me had her phone in her hands and he literally snatched it from her to scan the code on the box. This was a TREMENDOUSLY HORRIBLE experience. I have never encountered such RUDENESS while shopping ever! He also tried to sell me some other exfoliating cream with the serum assay a discounted price in return for handing out his card and sending business his way. There is no way I would ever tell someone to go there willingly.

Stephanie was amazing to deal with. I was not satisfied with my purchase made in Las Vegas and I reached out. She said they couldn't do refunds or exchanges but she would send me what I wanted out at no charge. She didn't make me jump through any hoops. I would definitely recommend this company just based on their customer service. Thank You Stephanie.

I purchased the Yubari King wrinkle eraser and the eye serum while vacationing in Vegas. It seemed to make a difference when salesperson applied it. However at home, I get a white film under my eye once it has dried. For a product that costs this much, I don't think this should happen. It left my under eye skin white and dry. I'm very disappointed considering the price I paid (which I could barely afford) and I normally would not spend that much as I have cheaper products I use that make my skin feel better. I would expect a much better product. I will not be repurchasing, Buyer be ware.

I had a bad experience with a sales rep. She was pushy, and even though I told her I was on a fixed income, she kept pushing. In a moment of weakness, I agreed to put it on my credit card. When I got home, I found that she didn't include the "free" product that was to come with my purchase. I called the number that she provided, but got no live person, just a recording. I left my information but never did receive a phone call back. When I finally went to use my vial of Yubari King Wrinkle Eraser, I was not able to open the product. I contacted the Customer Service number that was sent along with my product and explained the situation. I wasn't expecting to get any response, but I got an email from Stephanie. She was quite thorough and asked me what products I had purchased, what was missing, etc. She said she would send me a new vial along with the missing product and one extra for my trouble. The products have just arrived and I am anxious to try them out. I have high hopes that these products will be the answer to my dry and aging skin. I'm 72, but I don't want to look like I'm that old!

Wrinkle Eraser is amazing! Just used a little bit put under my eyes and on corner of eyes (crows feet) waited about a minute and the were gone!
