HermetiseReviews of hermetise.com

There is no doubt your products are wonderful and work as advertised, however the price is what I have a difficult time with. The average working person like myself can't afford to use them all the time. The purchase I made did have a free gift. It was my understanding that you send samples with ever order. I guess the (free?) gift doesn't allow samples to be sent too.

I am not able to give the 5 stars because of the experience that I had in a store in Fayetteville with a beauty consultant named Rebeca, it was so sad for me not being able to return the item, it was stated on the receipt but I did not notice until I went back to return the item, it was not nice not having the chance to return it but when I made a complaint online with Stephanie she was so kind to let me know the policies of the company and she did not leave it there she sent a gift set for me. I am so pleased of the costumer service and how nice it was for them to send me the gift. I still have not used the products but I know for sure they are great! Thanks Stephanie you are the best!

I am giving a review of four stars for Hermetise for their customer service, not the product, for how they handled a negative experience. When I got my sealed product in a box home and opened it, it was markedly different than what I tried in store. I was able to contact a manger about it. He offered me another but I just wanted my money back. But Stephanie also contacted me after the fact and even went one step further to offer me a beautifully wrapped box of facial cleanser and hand cream, for my troubles. I was very impressed. Stephanie gets five stars in my book, but I took one star off for the product "switch" in store.

Packed well as always

The products are wonderful but a bit too pricey. The salespeople are also very aggressive. I guess that’s what they do to reel you in

I placed my order over a week ago snd have had zero communication on the status. I’ve been charged on my credit card but have no idea when to expect it and I didn’t even get an email confirmation of my order. This survey email is the first communication I’ve received. Hopefully I get my products some day... So, I'm writing this after receiving my order. I ended up calling and got a woman who was very helpful. She tracked down my order and I got it the next day. My main point of the 4 star is just that an order confirmation and a status update on shipping is pretty standard these days. Hermetise isn't doing that but hopefully they'll start. In the meantime, just call them to get help.

I too, like the others mention below, felt like I was in a strong sales pitch however I immediately saw the results while trying their product in the store. Once I paid for the most expensive cream ever and brought it home, the results thereafter have been dismal. Once dried I only have white patches aggravated, very tight skin. I don’t recommend it and wonder what project the sales team used on my face in the store.

Very very disappointed. I too purchased the eye cream for puffy eyes based on the salesperson’s assurance that this was a long acting product. I told him I was considering surgery which was going to cost $6,000, but he convinced me I would see improvement over a year, and by the end of the year I probably wouldn’t need it... While I will say it works very well under makeup, I was not looking for a $400 concealer- yes I paid less than the advertised price of $1,119 but still a rip-off not to mention false advertising. The chat line on the website confirmed this was an as-needed product. And then he was trying to push the red light device on me for $4,000 and when I balked he tried to give me the 70% discount...thank goodness I was able to resist. My bad for trusting a mall sales rep, never before and never again. Feeling very foolish... 17Feb20 update- so I responded to the company’s efforts to send their token gift on Jan 14th and to date I’ve not even received acknowledgement of my response email leave alone the gift. Would reduce my one star to a negative star if I could. 21Feb19 - spoke with a very helpful person named Betty who was very helpful and willing to make things right. Apparently Stephanie is no longer with the company. She will be sending me a gift package. I must admit I have never experienced a company this willing to reverse a bad review and I’m impressed that they’re so supportive and stand behind their products. My thanks for your efforts.
