I am so upset. My son was in the mall shopping and this sales person pressured my son into buying this scrap. He need to get his money back . He got the hermetise Body scrub and it cost 42.00. On receipt it says no refund! My son is 22 years old and they took advantage of him to buy this. On top of that it says 80.00 but she gave discount 50%. I think the person is Sapir .

I was stopped in the mall by a salesman who stopped me and my kids while school shopping and wanted me to try the eye serum. I’ll admit at first I was impressed until I heard the price. I work in dermatology and know better to trust this kind of sale static but he offered all these discounts and free products I had a moment of weakness. I bought it for 350 but somehow after taxes paid 420??? The kids were anxious and I just wanted to go after an hour of our time he took up. Before leaving the mal maybe an hour later I caught myself in the mirror and those instant results that I had were gone and it left a white film under my eyes. I instantly had buyer remorse. So I decide to take it back to learn there are no refunds!! Never heard of such a thing. That is robbery considering I was not told that up front. I’m very very upset. I am basically threw 400 in the trash! Everyone needs to know this is a scam!!! I don’t know what is in the bottle but it’s not even close to satisfactory.

I felt like it was doing the job for 6 days, but, I developed an allergy to it. It has been 5 days since I stopped using and I am still suffering. In all fairness, maybe it is just my skin, I don’t know.

I was approached by a young woman while on vacation in Cabo. She gave me a sample of skin cream and led me in to the store. She applied the under eye lotion and I was so impressed that I bought it and the under eye serum. Then a rather good looking youngish man led me into a private room with th reclining chair and did a treatment on my neck which I didn't see as any different after the treatment. He tried to talk me into purchasing the device for, initially $3000! He side stepped every reason I told him why I was not going to part with my money. By the end he had reduced the price to $950 but I had to "buy it now" because he was leaving "right away" to visit his mother. I didn't cave. I did, however, part with $350 for the eye products which I am happy with but would not spend the money on again.

I love the products! My face is very sensitive and this doesn’t even cause a reaction! It is so soothing.

The product burned my skin which caused dryness and irritation. I understand that it is a chemical peel but it should never burn but only have some tingling. I told the lady at the store that it seems to sting my hand a little but I also felt pressured into trying. I usually am pretty good at saying no but she was quite pushy despite being nice. I'm not sure if I can get a refund, I'm planning to go into the store tomorrow. Edit: They did give me a refund the next day and apologised. It has been 2 weeks and my skin still has not healed from the damage. It may work for you but I would be cautious.

NEVER buy from this company! Site is NOT user friendly and after numerous unsuccessful attempts the customer service rep told me nothing was wrong with the site. Weeks later when it FINALLY worked, I ordered a product on 8/17. No tracking info on site or order (unless you are a 'guest'). On 8/25 I FINALLY received an email to my NUMEROUS attempts to reach someone. Was told it was delivered on 8/18. This product was NEVER received and when I responded with this info, I never heard a word back! I told them to either refund my money or send the product...you guessed it: NO RESPONSE!! Horrible customer service!!

My experience was very similar to the that of the other reviewers . . . I was offered sample hand lotion on a sidewalk in Nassau, Bahamas, and then when I took it, the girl said she wanted to get me a sample of their eye serum. So I stood outside waiting only to then be "summoned" INTO the store, placed in a chair and told it would just take a minute to try the eye serum. I have to admit that the difference between the eye she applied the serum to and the one she didn't was remarkable . . . so I asked her to do the other eye and she did. When we asked the price, she went from $700 (normal price) to $350 (new store special) to $150 (damaged box cost). At $150, I wasn't paying much more than I do for the eye cream I've been using, so I thought I'd give it a try. While paying, the "expert skin professional only in for the day with very limited time" just happened to become available JUST FOR ME! So, I let him give me what was basically a free, mini facial . . . and I listened to him tell me about the products that are normally $11,000 (creams and some sort of device) but that I could get them for just $2600 if I bought them from him THAT day. What a bargain! While I so appreciated the special offer JUST FOR ME, I graciously declined. :) While I think the way this company goes about selling their product is a scam, I gave them two stars rather than just one because (1) I got a free eye treatment and mini facial and (2) the eye serum really did work (at least temporarily in the store). Speaking of the eye serum, the one that I actually bought, which was supposed to be the same as the one they used on my eyes in the store, doesn't seem to work nearly as well at home. Also, there are no real instructions with it. In the store, I was told to use it only once per week, but there's nothing on the package that says that. In fact, it says I can put makeup on after applying it, implying that I can use it daily. Which is it?
