An aggressive sales person convinced me in a moment of weakness to buy this product at a shopping mall in San Diego. I was a tourist, not from the city. The sales people put the pressure on, and I bought. An hour or two later on the same day, I returned to the store wanting to return some of the product. I really wanted to return it all, but suspected there would be an issue with returns after I googled around and found the scam-ey nature of how this business operates. I told the sales person I wanted to return all but the eye serum so I could at least get something back. They told me no returns, only exchanges. Now I am stuck with a bunch of product I cannot afford/no longer want and I am stuck with it. How this company does business is horrible! I cannot really speak to or review the product itself, as I do not follow the skincare industry, however, I'm fairly confident you can get just as good if not better for a lower price. Worse yet, I have this funky sore on my lower right eyelid. I have never used a skincare product before; obviously, I had some kind of reaction to it. If you cannot guarantee you will absolutely love this product...STAY AWAY. If a sales person tries to talk to you...LEAVE. The product itself might be just fine however unless you know you will love it, don't even bother because you might regret it, as I do right now!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Well add me to the list of those SCAMMED. I got talked into a $400 purchase at the mall today. When I got home and opened my bag I found a damaged box an unsealed box and a sealed box. When I opened them I found that they are NOT NEW. There are finger prints on the products, scratches on the jars, the inside of the boxes are damaged and about a quarter of the contents all over it with many water droplets on the inside. Watered down probably??! Paying this much money for something it should be in pristine condition. I wish I could post pictures here but I’ll have to find somewhere else to do that. What a JOKE this company is. Filing with my credit card company tomorrow.

I just want to give everyone heads up that this company will not refund any of their products even if you return after an hour I bought some of their products and a little after an hour I returned asking for a refund and they said they can’t and it is store policy and it is written on the receipt This is giving me bug doubts about the credibility of the company and the effectiveness of the products they are trying to show What is the reason that makes a company refuses to refund a product unopened and in its original packaging? I am still waiting at the mall for them to call me back after calling customer service

Well, I guess I now just add myself to the very unhappy and unsatisfied customer. The product they put on us in the store and what they sell is not the same thing. In Canada, this is illegal. I too, found out that the colour and the texture and the effect is not what was presented at 2 stores in the U.S. When I looked at the rating from my phone, it appeared good (I now guess « on the surface ») I also now think that the company flood the ratings with VERY SHORT SENTENCES, SUPER GOOD ones, just to hide a review like this one.

Walking through the mall i was stopped by a "promoter" and decided to listen to what she had to say. She gave me the whole rundown of how everything worked and a demonstration as well. I decided to purchase these products for my wife, but wanted to make sure i could return them if she did not want them. I was ASSURED that returning the products would be quick and easy especially if they were unopened. When i gave them to my wife she immediately turned sour because she had already tried these products and was extremely dissatisfied with them. No biggie right? I'll just grab the receipt and return them right? Just like the "promoter" said i could. Except i cant because this company does not allow refunds. Now why would a company do this? Probably because they know that most people would want to return their products. I've read through the reviews on multiple sites and have come across numerous unhappy customers. Now you can add me to that list. Unless by some miracle they decide to honor what their employee told me and give me a refund.

I have called customer service 5 times and left messages and no response. I purchased the hand cream on line on august 16th my account was debit. I went to the sight for free hand cream and was charged $$$$79.00 The shipping was to be $2.00 When I asked for a refund I was told to send it back and I would be refunded all but $$$7.00 in shipping Talk about bait and switch I am very unhappy

While at a conference in Waikiki, my husband and I were offered a samples on the street and lured into the store with the promise of demonstrating to us how all the puffiness and lines around our eyes would be diminished. I was curious and before we knew it we were both being worked on and sold Professional peeling mask, Professional moisturizer, eye serum and eye creme, plus 1 Foaming Facial Cleanser as a gift! We were told the products would last 2 years, to which we responded that we wanted one set to share, which would last each of us 1 year, but NO! NO! NO! We needed our own! It is now 2 months out I am halfway through the facial cleanser, and the other products will NOT last even 1 year let alone 2 years as we were sold, even though the product is used sparingly. My worst fears are now realized, WE WERE SCAMMED!!!!! We paid over $1,200 and were sold on how much we would save over the course of 2 Years and the wonderful results we would witness. The Eye Serum does tighten the skin while it is on, but once you add makeup it flakes and peels off and looks horrible. Egg whites have the same result for my eyes! We ran into another couple while in Waikiki who had spent well over $7,000 on many more products and we were glad to have dodged any further bullets. I am ready to return my husbands unopened set and my opened set for a refund since the representation of 2 years worth of product for each of us is a falsehood.
