I’m so bummed. Im not one to get suckered into buying something on the spot like this but I was truly blown away with the results from one sample application from the salesman at the belagio in Vegas.. even a deep forehead wrinkle went away! So perhaps this product works and what I received was not that or this product doesn’t work and he used something else.. I’ve now tried 3x at home and have singled out even the tiniest lines and nothing... this is the most expensive face product I’ve ever purchased and was happy to do it if it meant no Botox but this is a scam and what I received is not the same thing that was shown to me .... Really bummed. Hate that I’d have to put up a fight to return it and just that I wasted all this money

I was on a Carnival Cruise and we stopped in Nassau, Bahamas. My girlfriend and I were strolling down a street and were talked into coming is and letting them put this wrinkle reducer cream under our eyes. It did seem to make the bags smaller and tighten the skin. We were talked into spending $177 each for a tube of the cream. After getting home we both tried to use our cream and we both could not get it to come out of the tube. We finally took the tube apart and managed to get a little of the cream out of the top. We have both used the cream 3 times now and it did not do what the cream in the store did that day. We applied exactly as directed by the girl who put it on us. NO RESULTS. We think they used some other cream on us in the store. We are so upset ! We want our money back and would be happy to return these ridiculous Non-working tubes. NO instructions came in the box telling us how to get the tube to work. What a waste of money! It was a very bad and expensive vacation experience !!! :-(

I do not trust this product and would not recommend it to anyone because of how I was treated in the store. Using a variety of psychological pressuring tactics, including offering "one time only, just between you and I" deals, I was convinced into making a purchase way beyond my budget. The experience was overwhelming and extremely rushed, I left confused and disorientated. In less than 15 minutes of aggressive marketing, I spent $400 on my visa, (I am a student with less than $600 in my bank account), for a product I knew nothing about. In this rush to sell there was no mention of the product being non-refundable. Only once I got home did I discover the receipt, slipped into my bag, with non refundable printed at the bottom. The Hermetise website does not offer any solace, only empty promises with pseudo science terms like elixer, and alchemy. The collagen peeling mask is leaving rashes on my face and my skin condition is not improving. I was scammed and I will talk to the mall that is hosting this brand to warn future customers of their unethical marketing tactics. I am left with debt and a skin rash all because I was forcefully led into a store and filled with meaningless promises.

This eye serum is a joke. High pressure sales tactics, could not get out of the chair. Avoid. Does not work.

I enjoyed the products but I will never order from them again. I completed a survey I was supposed to receive a free hand cream they charged me $79 for the hand cream I asked 11 times for a refund I was lied to every time and I never received a hand cream horrible horrible customer service

Purchased Hermitise from Tresor Nassau bought Hermetis eye eraser. Salesman used other Hermitise products on me and with my credit card in his hand he called my bank in the US from his personal cell: because I was on a limited withdraw; and was ringing up charges. When I was asked to sign what I thought were the credits he had rung up he handed me the bag of the 356.80 eye eraser I had bought. The next day I returned back to Houston and didn’t unpack til the next day. Saw the bag and opened it; the salesman had all opened items in my bag and when I checked my bank statement had charged me over 7,000.00. OMG I called the bank and they working on resolution. I’ve also called and sent many emails to tresor rare and requested copies of those signed receipts which they will NOT provide to me. How can this happen? I have 4 bottles of Hermetis products that were used and opened and want my money back. Chase bank has denied the fraud as I used a chipped debit card.

This product may be good or may be awful but if you are pressured into buying something that you don’t need and the web return policy is that is just needs to be returned to the original store.... and then you return it to be told they do not do returns no different than buying a bottle of tequila and trying to return it. Shady place for sure... buyer beware!!!!!

My partner was scammed into buying products and promised 2x facials worth 850$. We called to book an oppointment as he was to "busy " on the day. He didn't answer his phone calls so we returned to the store and were told to leave our details for some lady to call us to make an oppointment (very arrogantly). Who When she called said she dosent make oppointments and we will receive a phone call from some one else who we haven't heard from. The sales man also told my partner she has a bad way of confronting people and that she needs to learn lessons in life. Well she wouldn't have to confront anyone if he new how to run a honest business instead of being a scammer. Customer service like this is giving this product a completely bad name and I will tell everyone how bad the experience was untill I feel compromised for this absolute joke of a disrespectful scammer this bloke is.
