my experience with the product is that its a scam. While in Charleston i purchased 378.00 of the face cream that was suppose to help rid face of wrinkles, unfortunately , its empty in less than a month! There is absolutely no change in the appearance of smoothness or wrinkles. i have had better luck with department store brands. I hope this will help others before they buy. i will also post this on facebook, since only excellent reviews are posted on this site irene

What a load of b... Hard sales team standing on the street (South Molton), hand you a treatment cream sample and then under the pretext of going into shop to get a more suitable sample for your skin, you are lured in, and before you know it having cream samples applied to your face; on top of make up I might add. It becomes evident that it’s a scam when you see ‘dodgy’ looking men hovering around the shop, whilst others of the sales team appear back and forth from behind half drawn curtains. And then when you are told the mind-blowing prices, and gulp, the salesperson halves the price within seconds (no exaggeration) and a minute later the product is halved again and a facial thrown in for good measure. And the flattery is hilarious - beautiful skin for your age, clearly look after your skin - no age had been mentioned; fashionable, trusting face etc. It’s all quite amusing really. Give it a go and see how long you can scam them!

Just made a large purchase in NYC. When I returned to my hotel room, I found my product is clumpy and only half full! The salesman was pushy and made it seem like a last minute,"get it now deal". When we went back to the store. They closed a half an hour early and are closed tomorrow. Our flight leaves Tuesday. I feel duped.

I was out shopping today with my elderly mum near to Bond Street and was approached by a lady handing out free samples. We accepted the samples and she then claimed she was going into the store to get us another sample. She encouraged us to follow her and when we got inside, a very pushy salesman was waiting who sat us down. He demonstrated the under eye serum on us both and basically criticised our skin whilst he did so. He tried to get us to buy a couple of products for £300 and when we said it was far too expensive for some eye cream, he reduced the price by £100. We told him we had somewhere to be and got up to leave and he then came over with £150 facial vouchers that he would throw in if we brought the products. Again, we said no. Then he pulled us to one side and whispered that he would give us his employee discount but we were not allowed to tell his manager. Although the product seemed to reduce lines at the time, my initial response to their sales pitch was one of fear. The shop appeared to be run by beauty ‘gangsters’ who were bullying people into buying their products. If your products are so good, they should speak for themselves and should not Require a hard, frankly frightening, sale. I won’t be buying their products today or anytime in the future. Change your sales technique or improve the product. Something is wrong with this company. Run, at speed in the opposite direction, if you are approached by someone on the street who works for them.

I purchase the eye wrinkle eraser in Vegas treasure island hotel. Not effective at all. It work only for 2 days and after that. It did not work at all. Beware this people selling the product in the mall are very pushy.. They have their own way to push you to buy the product..Dont buy..

I was in Hawaii a couple of weeks ago and was coaxed into a shop there. A Hermetise representative applied a serum underneath my eyes and I could see and feel the skin tighten almost instantly. He said it would do the same for wrinkles. He tried to sell me a bunch of stuff for $198 all bundled into that price and when I wouldn't commit, he said, "shhhh" with disgust and changed his wonderful demeanor into one that felt like, "please just leave." I really wanted the product but something told me right away I may not get the product introduced to me and I wasn't about to spend that much money and get ripped off. So I want to know, does it really work? I will buy it if it does.

Today was the first time I’ve ever heard of this brand. I was at the mall and a woman asked if I wanted a sample. I accepted the sample and she asked if I would like to try it so I followed into the store. She knew the product very well. She applied eye cream onto my eye area. I told her I was just recently laid off from work and being a single mom of three children their was no way I could afford paying $700 for eye cream. She kept insisting I should do something good for myself and I agree but I also have to be logical. Somehow she dropped th price a few times down to $125 plus tax. I was very tempted but I told her I had to think about it. Than her so call manager (a younger looking guy) was being very aggressive and persistent. Asking what credit card I’d be using. I had to get firm in order to escape the store. It was a awful experience!!!! Shame on these inconsiderate agreesive sales people!!!

I participated in a demo of the Instant Eye Lift serum in Naples FL. I was happy with the results and purchased the product. I am hoping the product continues to work well as I get the application process down pat. Update!! So now that I have used the product several times I am convinced that the salespeople use a different product during the demo's. The Eye Lift serum is not making ANY difference in the appearance of lines around my eyes. At the store it was almost INSTANT! It was so noticable that I didn't want to walk around with just one eye done. Not a difference in any way now. Disappointing. I should have saw that coming.
