Disappointed after I bought this product during my lunch. First was cost. I bought this because I was told it was organic. I was buying this because of the salesperson. Once I had time to review the ingredients I was mad at myself for trusting a salesperson. I have studied chemistry and chemicals banned in Canada and Europe. This product would never be sold there! This is a chemical toxin.

Product was good. Salesman was rude!! Told me that the product would get rid of the brown spots that I was trying to cover with my makeup and then proceeded to call me a cochina which I’m pretty sure in Spanish means dirty girl. There was no way I could afford any of these products, which I told him and he kept lowering the price thinking I was lying . Honestly I didn’t have any money on me. When he finally realized that I was not going to buy anything, he pretty much dismissed me to go ahead and leave . After I left the store, my hands were Burning and dry. Sorry , it’s a no from me!!!

I brought a Hermettise Yubari King Wrinkle Eraser in the store name Trevor Rare on 111 Main St. Ketchikan Alaska on July 11, 2019. The salesman reduced the price from $250 to $200. I gave him $200 US cash. After I paid, he convinced me to buy Jelessi Torche Device which help target fine lines and wrinkles. He offered me USD$900 for the Jelessi Torche and Hermetise Yubari King Wrinkle Eraser together. That means the Jelessi Torche is only for $700. I used my USD visa debt card to pay $450 and my CAD Visa card to pay for the remaining USD$250. Because I had paid him USD$200 in cash. However, when I returned home, I found out my CAD Visa card was charged for CAD$600.95. I was so stupid in purchasing the two beauty products without doing any research while I was cruising in Alaska. This store was not only overcharged my visa account. The Hemettise Yubari King Wrinkle Eraser didnot work at all. I felt like putting on some glue on my eyes. This will not reducing any wrinkle or eye bags on my eyes after using it. I suspected the salesman was using a different product on my face and sold me the one which has no instruction or description in the box. The Jelessi Torche irritated my skin and very itchy. I noticed reddening of the skin over the treated area and felt discomfort even after 72 hours. I stopped using the two products. DO NOT BUY Hermetise and JELESSI TORCHE. It is a scam and the store is a crook.

The sales person was incredibly rude. He shouted insults 'you are cheap' at customers who were reluctant to spend over $400 for one product. After trying the collagen eye cream my skin developed a white dried crust.

I was at Opry Mills shopping and had not been here long. I get tired of being harassed by he kiosk people. He came up and ask could he put on one eye and I let him then said come into the store to look. He went through his whole spill and finally did the other when he thought I was going to buy. I could tell a difference and he kept coming down in price. I told him I had just spent $400 on Rodan & Fields and let me shop some more and I would think about it. I would have seriously bought it with the price he came down too but he was very pushy and rude when I wouldn’t purchase right then. He actually said, “so you come in store for free so bye bye.” He lost my sale.

Well, the reason I am giving you one star is definitely not your product because I am walking around town with one beautiful eye and one that is wrinkled. I was walking in Opry Mills with my mother who is older and has trouble getting around and my husband had gone to get the car when a fella came over and asked me to try his product. I explained my situation and he continued so I allowed him to put it on my eye. BIG MISTAKE!! He wanted me to come into the store with him and would not put it on my other eye until I did. Needless to say I couldn't go into the store. I HAD PEOPLE DEPENDING ON ME. He didn't care and walked off. So now I have one eye wrinkled and one not. Thanks alot people!

They scammed us out of $2500.00 and than stole my CC and used it for Urber . This happened in Cabo San Lucas. When we purchased the product it was the only time we used the CC. So we know it was from them or their sales people. the product has been successful for us.
