My experience with this product was sour before I even left the sale. Once the extremely pushy sales person had made her first sale, she put the bag out of my reach, asked me if I am 'married or happy', and upon my answer of being unmarried, she launched some pushy guy on me to try to upsell me on their eye cream. The guy was obviously supposed to flirt me out of another $700. When I repeatedly said I just wanted to take my purchases and go, he first jabbed their eye cream on my face, then had to remove it, pushing the whole time. Saying things like 'So, you don't care about your appearance?' and commiserating with the sales woman who put the predator on to me 'Oh, we were wrong. She doesn't care about how she looks'. This is after I'd already spent $330. They were trying to shame me into spending another $700. Let me ask you something - does this company actually pay enough commission to their predatory sales people that they can afford $1000 on a whim for face cream? I highly doubt it. I guess they don't care about their skin, either. By the end, I was so angry at the press-gang style sales force, I had to push my way between the two sales people to grab the bag of product I'd already purchased. I wish I hadn't bought anything at all now. I was a sucker. But, I have learned my lesson and will never go near another place that carries this product line. I've made sure every single person I know and care about knows about this sleazy sales tactic and I'm going to keep telling people to STAY AWAY.

Ugh. I normally avoid people handing out skin care samples. Unfortunately my husband didn’t. Now I have 2 jars of “Professional Collagen Peeling Mask”. It’s like putting super glue on face every night. I have to watch my hands right away because they’re sticking!!!! Getting off my face is so much worse!!! 1 week & no change. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I was in Gatlinburg 3 weeks ago and was stop by a young lady in one of the shops. She demonstrated a eye product on myself and my husband, using 3 different things stressing the eye cream. We could see a difference on me. She continued to try to tslk us into purchasing this kit for over 800.00 when we said no she continued to lower price on eye cream saying the other products used was not needed for the eye cream to work. My husband purchased eye cream for me. After using a few days skin was dry. Started using once a week and still am not seeing the results she promised. Will not purchase or recommend this product. Does not work alone.

I had taken a cruise at the begining of august 2019. I was stopped while walking thru the shops near the port and pulled into a store. I was there what seemed like forever with them trying to con more money out of me than they already had. I bought the Hermetise Wrinkle Eraser Cream. Don't waste your time or money on this product!!! They make all the products out to be amazing. Needless to say after spending $353.99 at the Tre'sor Rare store the under eye cream is a JOKE. It does nothing! They are pushy sales people. It took me over a hour just to get them to give me my credit card back and stop trying to sale me products. The wrinkle cream seems to look amazing when you first apply it but when it dries it gets flakey and turns a pale color. You can not apply anything over it. Does not work! Been applying as directed and nothing has changed.

I was solicited by a mall rep and against my better judgement decided to sit down with him. He talked to me about my skin care regiment and what I was currently using. I told him I have sensitive skin so I keep my products to a minimum. No soap on my face and all natural witch hazel toner to keep things healthy. He assured me the test he would do would have no I'll effect as it was light, natural and hypoallergenic. He was excellent at what he does because I bought the mask. I told him I was frightened that I was going to break out and have to battle to get my skin back to normal. He promised I would not breakout even without purchasing or using the moisturizer. I woke up to several painful breakouts that are going to take forever to go away and I'm out $250 and I can't return it. Please be careful. This is the reason why I look down and avoid eye contact with sales people. Killed my confidence and my faith in the line.

I went to Gatlinburg TN this past Sunday. I was approached by a woman that started off very nice. It seemed she was training one of the other girls that were in their little shop. She applied two things to my right eye and then put a fan on it while explaining how it worked. The 3 girls in the shop oohed and awed at what a change it made...then she showed me. I could tell a difference...then she started telling me the cost while using a cleanser on my forearm...$800 for the two products and she would throw in the cleanser. I told her it was just way too much when I did not have a chance to see and think about it...She then said that she would give me a 'face or neck lift' at no charge. I told her that I would like her to do the other side and that I would walk around and see what it looked like in an hour but I still could not afford such a steep price for something I could not see the results... She just kept on and lowered the price some but said 'too bad because you could really use the free 'face lift'. I ended up buying the eye product but was still pricy. The girls told me all I had to do was use it once a week and it would last 3 years. I got home and noticed that where she did it had become somewhat flaky. I decided to redo it and add to upper lip to see if it would help. I do not know if she had a different product she used in the store but when I did what she did...used the same amount... I got nothing...not even a tightening. I feel like I was scammed and I am very disappointed in myself for allowing someone to talk me into something. I wish it had worked like it did in the store...I have not been able to work due to an accident. I have been down and depressed and this made it worse. I also have read that the wrinkle cream is something you use before you put make up on...not once a week... So I do not even know if anything they said was truthful. Sorry for the rant...but I had to say something!!! Cynthia

On my vacation to Sedona this past weekend, a high pressure sales pitch and great results in the store, made me make an impulse purchase of this product, Yubari King Wrinkle Eraser, that I can't afford. To make it worse, when I tried it at home it was like using a Walmart moisturizer. I did not feel it tightening like at the store, nor did it leave any white residue and no results. I've been "had" before, but this was a very expensive, very vain and shameful experience. The woman at the store in Sedona said she would email me and give me her card but she did neither. She said she wanted to help me, and had me see her in house technician who demonstrated a NASA red light pigment lightener and some Diamond cream. His pitch was so stressful to me, I had to go calm down and take an anxiety pill. Please be aware of the woman handing out "free samples" they are not worth it and definitely not free.

I was walking past the kiosk at the Del Amo mall in Torrance. A guy at the kiosk handed me a sample, and then proceeded to apply this crap under my eye. The product immediately irritated my skin, I said I had to go. He said “aren’t you concerned about your bagging and sagging eyes?” No, no I am not, I proceeded to Sephora where I spent $359 and was not insulted. I had no idea how much this stuff cost until I looked it up online - expecting to see complaints. The area where this was applied on my face is now irritated and dry.
