So very disappointed. I bought the product last week in the Bahamas after being pressured by the sales staff. The girl on the sidewalk gives you a sample and then says she has another sample inside. Dont follow her in !!!!! I made the mistake of going in and was pressured into buying the eye serum in the syringe. It was put on my face before I could even react. Then the pressure began. While the serum does seem to help the wrinkles, when you get it home, it is not the same product. It leaves a white flaky film on your skin and doesn't even last the day. It is hard to get out of the tube and is not what they show you in the store. I hope someone shuts them down and shame on them for taking advantage of the tourists!!!

I was approached at a store downtown in the Bahamas this past week, the girl was so nice at first put a little eye cream on then the pushy sales started , actually got ugly when I ask her for samples of eye cream & other products , so I could research the product. Do not step foot in their stores! I was in Vegas and got sucked in with a free skin care sample. The high pressure sales took over from there. After saying no, no and no over and over I finally caved. I regret buying every product. It does not work the way I was shown or told. No refunds. I’m beyond embarrassed and disgusted that I was sucked in. Don’t let that be you!

Being an elderly woman who has to budget carefully,I feel preyed upon by sales people who refuse to take no for an answer.. I ended up purchasing the age delay eye lift. Upon opening the package I found the syringe did not work and the contents were empty! What a rip off.The little bitty syrup that oozed out looked NOTHING like what the rep applied under my eyes.. I will am very upset and will head to the mall and find that rep! Not happy and hope others avoid buying from this company

Can I give less then 1 star. The representative was ridiculous, some how managed to convince me to buy the exfoliator. Not only did he mix up the boxes give me moisturizer instead, they will not exchange it for me. Thank you for giving something I didn't want.

I too purchased the Wrinkle Eraser in the Bahamas, needless to say no product! I am so upset that I fell for the expensive Scam!!

I have never tried any of these products before today. I can honestly say I will never buy from them again. I bought the wrinkle eraser. I just want to warn others not to buy without checking BBB and all the other websites with horrible reviews. I fell for the sales pitch and thought it seems great in the store but by the time I made it home I had a reaction to whatever awful ingredients that are in this product. Of course even without opening the box they will NOT return your money!! Bad business and the worst product I've ever used! I can't imagine anyone would buy from this place twice!

STAY AWAY!! My experience with this product is very similar to the reviews inline with others about this product. EXTREMELY pushy sales person who started off trying to think we were going to be best friends. He promised me he could get rid of my redness on my face which mind you, I told them I have learned to live with it plus, we had just walked indoors from the 105 degree temperatures in Vegas. He then proceeded to tell me how he could get rid of all the visible lines on my forehead and around my mouth. When he started the treatment demo, there was a visible sign of tightness happening. And I have to admit, there was a noticeable difference in the puffiness around my eyes but the sales people wouldn't let me leave without buying $300 of this crap. He kept telling my boyfriend "look how much younger she looks. Don't you want her to look beautiful?" Ugh! I wish I would have walked away. Then, they started to push me on the whole skin care regimen stating it was cheaper and safer than botox or surgery. They couldn't even explain the math on how they were going to give me $3000 worth of product for $900. When I told him I was not interested, he kept telling me "didn't I do what you asked me?" To which I said, "no, I didn't ask you to do anything, you wanted to show me what you could do with your products." BUYER BEWARE! I fell like I was punked. Since I have learned my lesson, I want to save another person from making the same mistake I did. Honestly, I don't care how great their products were, they wasted 30 minutes of my time and were just complete sleaze balls about it. I wish I would have not bought a thing from these slimy people. After reading some more reviews about this stuff, they use cat crap in this product! RUN AWAY!!
