OMG! I am still crying over this. I was at Broadway mall in Tyler TX and the woman did the same thing to me. I swear she would not let up on me. Suppose to be a $350. Purchase and they have charged me 650. I don't know what to do. She hid the receipt so I would not see. I have not touched the product. I plan to take the stuff back but it says no refunds. What do I do?

I'm a huge fool
I'm very disappointed... To begin, I'm a college student... The money I make is limited but that doesn't matter to the crazy kiosk manager that practically punched me in the face with his hand cream sample... I should've walked away but I have this nervousness with kiosks where it's hard for me to say no and walk away. They had me test out Deep Sea Cosmetics Products and offered this deal of 99$ PER PRODUCT. And I tell them I couldn't afford that. What they do next is, "we can trust you right? Don't tell anyone bc we could get into trouble, but we can give you a deal" offered a bundle a lot of back and forth and pulling, quite aggressive if I have to be honest. In the end, I settled with a small purchase of 60$ for body butter and exfoliating body salt. First, the product they sold to me wasn't the product that was advertised to me. It was a completely different brand known as "hermetise"... So to find this silver lining, I looked online to check out the reviews and find that it's a luxury brand with quite expensive products. I was a bit relieved that maybe I could gift it out to friends, however when I reviewed their products it looked a little different from mine.
Now I'm not even sure if it's the actual product so now I'm even more heartbroken because the 60$ I spent to get scammed could've been used for the Christmas gifts I had initially went in for. I don't even feel right giving these products as gifts bc I'm not positive it's the real stuff, or if I was rightfully charged for the actual product I have. I'm just trying to vent.... I'm just writing this review to warn others of the kiosk shenanigans and to be wary of them. I'm sure hermetise is a fine luxury product, otherwise their products wouldn't be priced so high. Just make sure some random guy at a kiosk jams the right product in your face before you buy it. Don't be an fool like me.

Felt super pressured and uncomfortable by pushy salesperson
I was just going shopping and was on my way headed home when I got stopped by this salesperson who handed me a free sample. I started to walk away but the salesperson sat me down in the chair and put some cream on my hand. It felt nice but I know I can get a good moisturizer for literally a 1/3 of the price. They started complimenting me and trying to be all buddy-buddy and I could definitely feel they were just trying to suck up to me so I would buy something. I was hoping I could politely just say no and leave but every time I said I didn't need this stuff or it was super pricey, they wouldn't take no for an answer and kept offering these "special discounts and free gifts" and saying "forget about the price, you care about your skin right?". I felt like I was going in circles, I just wanted to leave and felt so incredibly uncomfortable and pressured so I eventually broke down and bought 169$ for this peeling cream and multiple free items just to get out of there. When I got home, I found one of the free items I received had already been used. I left feeling miserable and my day soured because I know I got pressured into buying expensive products I don't really need. I really should have stuck to it and said NO. I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand to know the franchises that sell this brand use these tactics and I wish there was a way to get a refund.... Just feeling really upset about the whole situation and foolish because I knew they were just trying to pressure me and I fell for it.

Horrible product
Horrible product! DO NOT BUY!
This is a total scam!
I met a young man at the mall who tried to stall my mother-in-law this stuff. He forcefully put the creams on her face and wouldn’t let us go no matter what we said. He kept trying to get us to buy his product but we refused.
What he put on her face did work at the time but it came with side effects. it irritated her skin and when she washed it off some got in her eye, now we’re worried about the effects it could have on her.
They target older people and use time as a sales tactic. If you meet somebody trying to push this product on you or your family RUN!
Products on their website are also over $1000! It’s a waste of money and i’m furious that I let this man even touch her!

Better to put glue on your face than Hermetise cream. Don’t damage your skin!!!!!
Usually I never write a review but this is a horrible exception!
I was walking while the guy from the store offered me a sample of a cream, he convinced me to go inside of a store (DON’T repeat my mistake!!!). He started to put a moister on me without my permission and on another hand scrub with a moister, the result in the store was amazing (be aware that they will sell you completely different product), after I heard the price, I said that I don’t have a need to buy a moister now, I was going to leave, a few seconds later manager came out and told him: “you know what to do”, he dropped a price to 50%, as a result they forced me to buy cream and moister. BTW, when I asked where it’s made, they said it’s a Dutch product. When I came back home and opened a box there was no instruction and written that it’s made in UK, my skin went red and itchy, the texture felt like glue.
I want my money back!!!!!!!!
Don’t buy this product!!!!!
Regards,
Anna

I got scammed.
I went to cabos Mexico. I was lured into a store. They put a cream under my eyes in minutes it made my skin feel tight. It worked great. I bought it and took it home. At home I have been using it and it doesn’t work like when the lady at the store put it on. This was a total scam. I wonder what product they were really using on me the first time. Don’t get tricked.

I was enjoying a vacation with my…
I was enjoying a vacation with my family. We were strolling through the mall, killing time before our show started. A young man approached me and kind of forcefully started his sales pitch and applied a cream under one of my eyes. I was game for a minute, but then he started insulting me by making a deal of my eye wrinkles and grilling me about my skincare regimen and asking personal questions. He then started badgering my fiance "if the cream was making my face look better?" Seriously, this all took place in about 2 minutes even though it felt like an hour. I tried to get up to excuse myself when the guy grabbed my arm and asked me if I showered today while rubbing some other cream on my arm. He then proceeds to wipe this crap off and lo and behold the cloth was dingy. He starts telling me that I'm filthy and I need these products. Tells me the price would be 1200 if I ordered it online, but if I bought it right now it's only 350. I told him not interested and then he got really, really mean with me. I'm no kid! I'm a 53 year old woman. I look like a 53 year old woman and I'm ok with that. My fiance is ok with that. I did not seek out a miracle youth serum and was greatly insulted by his rudeness and his obvious attempt to lower my self esteem and embarrass me ( because of my age) in front of my fiance, my daughter and her boyfriend. Shady, shady, shady! So then he gets another finger of this goop and runs it under my other eye and says " There, at least you'll look good for 1 day". Calls me poor and cant afford it. I finally got up and walked away. Oh, and by the way, the stuff did tighten my eyes. I could feel it. The thing is, when I got to the rest room to see what was going on, I had gummy residue all around my eyes. So, yeah buy this crap to firm up your eye wrinkles, but have white crusty goo instead. Lol. No thanks bro!
