If I could give this company a ZERO star I would. I was in the Bahamas from Jan 23-30. I don't exactly remember what day I walked by the store and got the sample handed to me. Then my husband and I were conned into going inside the store to try the Wrinkle Eraser. She tells me the product is $700 but would give it to me for $150 if I took some cards and basically promoted them when I came home to Canada. She then tells me that I can get a FREE facial where the guy tries to sell me on a damn machine that is $8,000. Well I wasn't falling for that and because he couldn't convince me he did whatever this facial was supposed to be to only half of my face I looked at my husband and said "Well I guess it's only half a facial!". They are scammers and I seriously REGRET falling for their scam. Well I definitely will not be promoting these scam artists in fact I threw their cards away at my resort.

It is a scam and I and my husband got caught up in it. Eye serum is flakey and not the same as in store. Truth is not strong point. You should be ashamed for false advertising. Do not buy anything. I am not going back for facial since I read reviews and no success with under eye product. Shameful!!!!

I knew from the second the sales girl told me the "price" of each item, then lowered the price by $200, that this was a scam. But I thought that the extremely expensive price, then "giving you a discount because they wanted to help you out" was the extent of the scam. But No, No...it gets worse. Once I got home, I used the peeling mask...EXACTLY as the girl had showed me at the mall. Only, it wouldnt come off like it did so gracefully and easily at the mall. I had to scrub and scrape it off my face and the results were minimal at best. THIS IS NOT THE SAME PRODICT THEY USE ON YOU DURING THEIR SCAM PITCH. so, I go online to see if anyone else had the same results ...and lo and behold...here you have HUNDREDS of people saying the EXACT SAME THING!!! These people need to REFUND OUR MONEY and shut down their "re-selling" business (i mean, scams).

I got caught up in this bad experience. I have not even opened the boxes I have. I would like to return and get a refund. I feel awful for being scammed, I dont buy this kind of stuff. I'm sure they are laughing all they way to the bank. I really want a refund. May call the local news channel to see how to resolve this.

I too had the same expeirence shopping in Opry Mills Nashville, the product used on me is not the product I have bought , it’s the most expensive creams I have bought I felt I was under pressure to buy the products and now I feel I’ve been scammed also ,

Ugh. I foolishly let myself get talked into purchasing the Yubari King Wrinkle reducer. Worked great in the store - although the sales were very pushy I held on until what I thought was a reasonable price because I liked the results. 1. Got home to a plastic wrap that fell off like I would expect from a Wish.com item. 2. Had a hard time getting it to come out of the syringe because it was all dried up. 3. Used that same night - woke up with no difference. You could still tell on the one side from the night before in the store, but I'm convinced this is NOT the same stuff. Dollar store results at a kings ransom price.

Total scam! Last summer, at Broadway Square in Tyler, TX. I was looking for something for puffy eyes, with dark circles. The lady, who said she was Israeli, but lives in NYC, talked very fast, and said that the price was $1300. I started to walk out, and she stopped me, and dropped the price about 80%. That was still too high. Then she asked me what I would pay. Foolishly, I bought the "magic" cream for $150. She then showed me her cell phone with "messages" from "clients" who praised her and the product to high Heaven. One of the names was a friend here in Tyler (I suspect that my friend has no idea that her name is being used). I am using making myself use the cream, since it is a cream. I'll use it up, but won't make that mistake another time. My husband and I were at the mall during Christmas. We walked by their store and the female shill started talking. I just laughed and said that I wouldn't fall for that again...and walked off. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! ITS A SCAM!

High-pressure sales approach, very annoying when the salesperson keeps talking while patting cream around your eyes. Just as others described here, I wound up walking around with crusty white circles under my eyes for hours, completely unaware of how obvious it was. I bought one product after the salesperson reduced the price three times, but now realize that it was still grossly over-priced - and ineffective. When you see these kiosks in the mall, run in the other direction!
