The Yubari King wrinkle eraser is not the same as the last two orders. The container is different, blue instead of white. It's gritty and not as effective.
Maybe something has changed in the product. Sorry

Poor Customer Service on Correcting Damaged Shipment
Love the face foaming cleanser. Just ordered it again but it arrived damage. Seal was broke and lid off in box. the pump was messed up ans product had leaked on box! i have emailed customer service twice but did not receive response and could not get anyone on phone. Not very happy with Hermetise customer service and product delivery.

I, like so many, was walking down the street in Nassau on my way to a specific store. I was approached and handed a sample packet but was quickly ushered into the store...and was pitched TWO Hermestise Yubari Gold Wrinkle Erasers for $300. Before I knew it, the Yubari King Gold Thermal mask was put on one side of my face, my credit card and Driver’s license were taken to the register (so I was screwed if I got up and walked out!), and, yes, the wrinkle eraser DOES work. The products are truly amazing, and I have used either Estée Lauder or Mary Kay through the last 40 years. Anyway, I was also pitched on the ENEO device and shown many “before and after” photos on my salesperson’s phone of all her many clients and their wonderful results! My phone alarm went off, while I was sitting in the chair having one side of my face treated, and I had to leave because I had a shore excursion to get to. I left the store with 2 wrinkle erasers and a ENEO that was supposed to be $4700. It was $5000 plus another $300 for the wrinkle erasers that were to be “thrown in” with the ENEO. I hurriedly left the store, took the purchase back to my ship, and was quite upset over what had just occurred to me. On our excursion, I pull out my receipts and there is no refund, no return for “buyer’s remorse”, et cetera. Who the heck does this to people?!?! I spent quite a bit of time looking at what products were to be sent to me, what the “Internet” lists as their true retail price, and tried to convince myself I basically got one heck of a deal at $5,300 (plus currency exchange charges of a few hundred more) and tried to enjoy the rest of my vacation I had so been looking forward to. So, yes, totally shady sales practices. Products I have used are amazing. But the fact I have to work my butt off to pay for this all is a bit frustrating. Live and learn! If I EVER go to Nassau again, I will stay on the ship.

Did not get what I paid for
Was lured in to this new store by a salesman that automatically guesses my career as I am walking down the mall hallway. He reports they just opened 2 weeks ago in the mall. Similar stories to others post on here and was given supposedly this great deal on these products. Got home excited to wash my face with my new cleanser (Hermetise Cleansing Foam) and start my new treatment that comes in the syringe. To only find out one of these products was not even what he demonstrated on me (the professional foam) it was eye make-up remover. The mall is over an hour away and I decided to buy the deal on products because of the facial cleanser being put in on the deal. :(

Dear M Hagan,
I was very disappointed to read of your experience. Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, I do extend it with all sincerity.
This is level of service is certainly not acceptable and will be addressed with the concerned party.
We will be in contact to discuss further with you.
Kind Regards
Stephanie,

Too Pricey
The 3 stars are for the price and availability. The wrinkle eraser is a 5+++. While in Niagara Falls in Canada, my sister and I were approached on the street by a sales rep. We both inherited dark puffy under eye circles from our dad, and the Wrinkle Eraser, which my sister bought for each of us,is a game changer. I love love love it. But I can’t afford it, and all the reviews I’ve read on multiple sites where it is in the $100 range are filled with reports of getting a bogus product or an empty product. I know there must be products out there that reduce the puffiness as well as the King Yubari Wrinkle Eraser. Anybody know of something?

Total scam however Stephanie has done great in trying to support Hermetise on its products. Bad deal all the other places selling the stuff is not as up front as they should be..
Another lesson learned Google before buying ANYTHING had I don't that they wouldn't have gotten anything from me. Such a sucker....

Buyer beware
I recently purchased the product at a store front and had a very similar experiences to everyone on this thread. After going online I’m afraid I don’t have authentic product. The company had not responded back. Buyer beware.

Question about applicator
This isn’t as much a review as a question. I just started using the product that is in a syringe case. The product has had some lumps in it and to get it out of the dispenser I have to hold the tube around the base of the top to hold it into the case. Is that normal.
