Update: They got back to me and sent more product - with greater value. The issue is solved! Thanks, Stephanie.
I placed an order around October 1, 2020. It arrived around October 28. When I opened it, I found one broken bottle of trial-sized serum with, of course, serum all over the inside of the bag. Everything else was fine. I called. Could I have a replacement? No response. I emailed Inna. No response. I called another person - twice. No response. It has now been 13 days. My order was over $400.00. You might want to think twice before believing that customer service will get back to you.
