Wenn Sie nicht sofort 2 Produkte zum Preis von 400 Euro kaufen, fangen die Verkäufer an, aggressiv zu sein. Die „Beratung“ besteht aus vielen Komplimenten, um das Produkt geht es fast gar nicht. This company is a complete scam. I had an an experience this weekend where I was given a demonstration of the eye cream and it worked well, so I purchased it at a hefty price. Now that I have it home, I can tell you this is not the same product. It did not feel the same and did not have the same results. I searched reviews and found that this is the exact same experience many people have had. High pressure sales and a bait and switch. Buyer beware.

Does this company have no such thing as employee management? Yesterday I went to La Cantera in San Antonio, Texas and was brought into the store by a woman handing out sample lotions in front of Hermitage. She called me with the word My Love and I was uncomfortable but I could get access to the products she recommended and tested. She offered me a high price for a product that wasn't very special, so I said I'd read reviews of the brand, look into the ingredients, and come back, so she changed her face to a stiff face and an unfriendly tone and dealt with the price down. Introducing and selling products is their job. And they work in the service sector. The service industry may not always be, but employees should respond to customers with a basic mindset of the service industry, and it is ridiculous that if customers listen to them well, they are kind and if they don't listen to them, they change their faces immediately.Customers have heard the product description but do not buy it, it is the customer's right and free will. And the price down doesn't make sense either. The Peeling product introduced as $299 suddenly becomes $84 and the 141 product becomes $49. It must be a fraud to see that the price more than tripled on the spot means how much the product costs, and that even though the price has fallen, there is a profit left for them. Eventually, I bought a $49 peeling product after a little scuffle, and when I got home, she had paid $50. It was $1 but it was really enough to ruin my mood, and my trust in this company and its products was completely lost, so I threw the products I bought into the trash can. I'd buy a lawyer if it was a little more expensive. In order for a company to succeed, it is the integrity of its products and trust from its customers. There have been many cases of reviewing the same bad experiences as well as me, but I don't understand if companies are sitting on their hands. Is the company admitting and proving itself to be a fraudulent company?

Auch ich wurde gestern während eines Telefonats in den Laden reingezogen. Nachdem der freundliche polnische Mitarbeiter in einer aufdringlichen Weise verkaufen wollte (man sitzt auf diesen Stuhl im etwas erhöhten Geschoss und wird mit Cremes bestrichen um die man nicht gefragt hatte) und ich schlussendlich entnervt gekauft habe, habe ich mich fürchterlich geärgert. Ich bin dann heute in den Laden und habe die Produkte zurück gebracht und um eine Rückerstattung gebeten. Das hat anstandslos funktioniert. Trotzdem: das Geschäft ist ein grosser Scam und schade, dass es sowas in unserer schönen Zürcher Altstadt geben muss.

Ich wurde heute mit einer Probe in den Store gelockt. Bis ich mich richtig versah, sass ich schon bei dem charmanten Polen, der relativ schlecht deutsch sprach auf dem Stuhl. Er hat alle Register gezogen, Komplimente über Komplimente, ich hab sein Spiel mitgespielt. Die Masche hat er genau gleich abgezogen, wie bei den übrigen Bewertungen. Zwei Produkte kaufen und zwei bekommt man geschenkt. Da ch so aufdringliche Verkäufer gar nicht haben kann, hab ich ihm gesagt, dass ich erstmal die Produkte googeln werde... und mein Gefühl war das richtige. Katastrophe...!

Bin mit meiner Mutter in Zürich mit einer Handprobe gelockt worden. An der Hand sah das ganze sehr vielversprechend aus. Habe dann aber beim Preis verneint. Dafür da sich das Peeling für 250.- kaufe, hätte und habe ich eine Gesichtscreme geschenkt bekommen, welche nicht mehr als in Ordnung ist. Das billige komplett überteuerte Peeling kriege ich aber kaum vom Gesicht weg, da sich das wie Kleber in der Gesichtshäärchen verklebt! Ekelhaft und vorallem extrem zeitaufwändig und schmerzhaft bei der Entfernung. Finger weg!!!!!!
