Service was excellent
Service was excellent. I was surprised that the product was so small. I did not notice any dimensions on the web site. However, the salve seems to be helping my leg aches.

Order ready super fast
Order ready super fast, my only complaint would be that you need a larger sign outside showing which entrance to the building is yours.

My order took an unusually long time to…
My order took an unusually long time to ship, and the gummies had melted into a solid lump stuck to the side of the container. EDIT: Heritage CBD was accommodating and shipped a free replacement after learning what had gone wrong with my initial order. Thanks!

Hi John, sorry about this experience! Your order was placed on 8/24 at 11pm. We shipped via UPS on 8/26. Normal transit times within MA are 1 day. It would normally have arrived on 8/27. Not sure what the "operating conditions" were at UPS that caused the delay, but if you review the tracking details you can see that there was an issue on their end. https://www.ups.com/track?loc=null&tracknum=1Z522FW20396983584&requester=WT/trackdetails Given that UPS had the package for 4 days and the heat we had in late August, I'm not shocked the ice packs and gummies may have melted. Good product overall
Well, when the gummies arrived, the ice pack was melted/hot and the gummies were all melted into one lump. We tried cutting them with a knife into pieces, and I’ve put them in a container in the fridge, but I guess it’s not good to order these in the summer. Shipping was fast though, and hubby likes the product. Would definitely order again.

Delivery was fast
Delivery was fast. There was even a cold pack in the box. I first tried the "calm" gummie. It made me calm and I slept very soundly. Next night I tried the Sleep gummie. It did not work, in fact I was awake all night and unable to fall asleep. I usually sleep well. I had to pry the cap off the Sleep bottle, with a tool. No matter how I turned it or put pressure on it. It would not open. There were no instructions on how to open it. With the Calm gummies, the cap came right off easily, but the inner seal was off, and not glued down. Calm worked great. SLEEP KEPT ME AWAKE. That's why I only gave 4 stars.
