About Heritage Hemp CBD

Heritage CBD is a trusted source of reliable, all natural, high-quality CBD. All our products are carefully made in small batches with all-natural ingredients including potent hemp extract oil that contains a multitude of non-intoxicating cannabinoids. We control every step of the production process to ensure that our CBD products exceed industry quality standards from soil-to-store—or your door! We partner with local family farms in the Connecticut River Valley of Massachusetts to grow our hemp. We then refine and extract the hemp grown by our farming partners in a state-of-the art lab that is located at our manufacturing facility in Northampton, MA. This hemp extract is the key ingredient we use to create all our products. We produce all our products in our own cGMP compliant facility, and they contain absolutely no artificial colors or flavors. The third-party test results for every batch of product we produce easily accessible on our website so consumers can have complete confidence in their purchase. We always push ourselves to be the best we can be and are proud to create products that reflect that.

Shipment of item was quick
Shipment of item was quick, however, the CBD cream does not seem to be helping my neck pain as much as I had hoped.

Sleep Gummies
Communication, response time and packaging all first rate, and the product takes great. My wife and I both felt that, while the Sleep Gummies seemed to relax us, they made no apparent difference in our actual sleep patterns. Perhaps we were expecting too much.

Hi Joseph! Thank you for the feedback. If you are looking for a more noticeable sleep-aid result before bed, we recommend increasing your dose a small amount. If you and your wife are each taking 1 gummy at the moment, perhaps try taking 1.5-2 gummies each. 2 gummies would be a 3mg dose of melatonin which is still within the range sleep studies recommend (0.5mg-3mg) to avoid a groggy after effect. Hope this helps! 😊

Melted Gummies
The gummies that were sent are all stuck together. The ice packs were completely melted. I grabbed the package from outside as soon as it was delivered.

Hi Ellen - So very sorry to hear that your gummies melted during shipment! What a bummer! Could you kindly reply with the batch number on the label for us for our records? During the warm months we make every effort to keep packages at 60 degrees or below before handing off to UPS or USPS as well as include ice packs in orders that contain gummies. In addition we try to help communicate that gummies are heat sensitive through our shipping notice: "Your order is out for delivery. Track your shipment to see the delivery status. 🌡️🌤️ Warm Weather Advisory If your order contains gummies, please make an effort to ensure that your shipment is brought inside immediately. Our products are all natural, and the gummies will begin to melt at a sustained temperature of 90 degrees." We would love the opportunity to correct this for you, please email us at [email protected]
