I talk to Michael about canceling my insurance. I explained that I talk to a local funeral company. And I was going with them. He explained more about the company and what they do for me versus the funeral company. The prices, what my family will be getting as for as services. So I changed my mind and stuck with Heritage and added more insurance.

Good customer service and now days that is rare and appreciated!
Response from Heritage AssociatesSep 25, 2024
Thank you for your kind words! We know policyholders are trusting us with their loved ones when it's time to depart this life, so we absolutely strive for top-notch service. We have some families call us before they call 911 (absolutely not advisable...we want to be the first call after emergency services not before), but this is why it's so important for us to have calls answered by real people based in the United States who are here to help, even on the worst of days. We appreciate your trust and the opportunity to serve your loved ones!
