Hi, Sweetie, thx for shoping with her hair company. I'm deeply sorry for your experience. We definitly would not run from our responsibilities if it is. All of our hair will go through 4 steps of QA/QC. I can guarantee you that no single bundle of inferior quality will be stocked in our warehouse and flew to our client. If there is a serious shedding, may I ask did u do a sew in or quick weave with our budnles? I'm sure your stylists cut the wefts into few pieces of to create the layer. This very rely on the stylist's technique and skill, they need to figure out the weft of bundle and cut from root in case strands been cut directly, also we strongly don't recomend stylist to cut the weft to many pieces, as it's common to have strands fall down from cutting point of weft, the more pieces they cut the weft, more cutting points, and more strands falling down. I am definitly not questioning the professionilism of your stylist, just some tips to be taken care of. If the hair is keep falling down when you receive the bundle and unpack it, then that's definitly a serious quality problem. But I'm sure that's not the case here. Furthermore, I have checked from our email history, you did contact us on Feb 16th and we have replied you immediatelly on Feb 17th to follow up your case, but there is no reply from you, dear. I'm sure you must be busy and didnt see the email from us. On time and professional customer service is always our goal, and what we tried to deliver in past few years. ******UPDATED REPLY REGARDING CLIENT'S SECOND REPLY****** Hi, sweetie, I'm sorry that I couldn't load any pic of our email history here, but I'm not gonna lie, we never leave any single email from client without answering. I'm not sure if it's the server problem or what. It's our fault though, we should keep following up your case after your email even no responce to our reply. Shedding: Our basic routine is do the sample test on every batch after 4 steps of QA/QC, so 99.99% chances there will be no inferior quality hair flew to the market. But if you still think this is the hair problem, please contact our ppl with email listed on our website and send the hair back and we will do the lab test again, and if it's quality issue, we will refund you 3 times of your spending. If not, we will send you a new pack of hair for free. I hope this can make you feel comfortable. Curling: I'm sorry,with all due respect, I need to fix a stereotype ppl normally have in mindset, better quality hair is more harder to wind or curl, need more time and high temperature to curl or wind. For longevity service of hair, we are providing brazilian hair, the typical feature of brazilian is it's with thick and strong strand, and we kept 80% of cuticle intact(remove 20% cuticle for better smoothness to avoid tangling), which means it'll have high heat-resistance giving the thickness of hair and protection of cuticle. If we provide thin and soft hair, without cuticle, it definitly can be more easy to curl or style, but longevity in this case scenario will be a question mark. We are a company of 15 years in the market, and we do care about our reputation, as there are lots of clients be with us for over a decade. ******UPDATED REPLY REGARDING CLIENT'S THIRD REPLY****** SO SORRY if my reply misled you, dear, i'm not talking about the fullness, I'm referring to the single hair strand, thick or thin, which you might feel with your fingers squeezing the single hair strand, or using a microscope. We can using thin hair strand with less cuticles, much cheaper cost, and more profit, but longevity will be affected. And I'm deeply sorry if I misunderstood the question, with hard & strong hair strand and 100% cuticles, hair will incline to return it's original nature, given the hard and strong strand and all cuticle protection. So need more time to curl & easy to return to original status. Anyhow, we will contact with you shortly and offer u a satifactory solution

Scrape test: It's indeed one of the ways to test the hair is real human hair or not, but it doesnt contrast with the burning test I'm talking about. Those are all the common ways to pass the real human hair test. And if you find any dark brown residue from the hair, do you mind sending us a real time picture either here or by email? Uneven color: Once again, the hair color is coming from different races of different genes, if we want to make them black, it's a piece of cake, just dye it black. The reason to keep what it is is to keep it's original nature. Steam texture: I totally agree with your point, but I believe the arguement is about you claim we are chemical treated texture, and I was replying with steam cheated. iOur conservation is never about the point of when hair texture will get loose. Burn test: Thx for adding up on my points, so you were trying to say even if we pass the burn test, it doesn't mean we are real human hair? I don't see where it come from. We do appreciate your transparencey and honesty, and you can always stick to your point, that's your rights. You can always point finger to us since you are our customer. But to support your point of view, you need some evidence, that's a simple logic, and I don't know why you think it isn’t practical or transparent. Lastly, regaridng return policy, we have illustrated in the return policy chapter on website that please don't wash your hair or open the weft if you are not decisive to keep the hair bundles. As the hair can't be returned if the weft has been washed or opened. FIRST REPLY Hi, love, thx for shopping with her hair company, and I'm so sorry for your unpleasant experience with us. All the uneven color, red strands are the proof of real human hair, as all human own hair will have different color, black, gery, white, red(color stain left by hair donor coloring), it doesn't mean we are plastic hair, actually only plastic hair will be have very even color. Secondly we can still claim here that our hair is non chemical treatment. The texture is done by hot steam, that's why you may find some customers complain that our hair don't hold curl after using or washing for several times, as texture is not done with chemical, it's not permanent texture, instead, the hot steam will only deliver temporary texture, it may get loose after washing and using. Thirdly, if the ash after burning can be easily smashed, it's also the proof of real human hair, the ash from plastic hair can't be smashed. Last but not least, if u find the hair is not real human hair or treated with chemical, we can refund u 5 times cost of your shopping. That's the guarantee. And if you don't like the hair at all, supposed the hair hasn't been used or washed, you are more than free to ship it back, and your 100% cost will be refunded as well.
