This is now my 4th time reaching out to this company requesting an update/refund. I have provided all the requested details. The hair was in its original packaging, never used. The quality was not as expected. Now, no one is returning my emails. I’m planning to now drive to the location to expedite if I don’t receive a response. I’m appalled that this has been my experience after being a new customer with multiple previous purchases and just finished editing my video reviews for yt that I now have to update.

Quick delivery of product, tracking is provided so you can check the whereabouts. The product came exactly as described and the bundles looked fantastic! Great experience would definitely recommend.

I loveeeee these bundles from HerHair Company. They are super bouncy, full and hold curls well! I got 18,20,22 inch bundles. They arrived fast, have minimal shedding, no bad tangling, and they are definitely true to length. Overall the quality is great!! I definitely would order again and recommend to friends!

The bundles are very soft! I was really impressed with the initial unboxing of the hair — no strong smells, no shedding when running my hands through it, and full of luster. I got the 18"20"22" and the hair is true to length. They hold curls really well. This is one of my new favorites!

I got 18”20”& 22” right out the box they were so shiny and soft !! These bundles are really good quality. I got the clip ins body wave and they were enough to do my entire head. I got 2 bundles of 22”. Quality is 10/10, 100% human hair and great density.
