Diploma Frame Damage
Ordered cap & gown (was cheap quality and overpriced, but no real issues) and a diploma frame. The diploma frame was incredibly expensive, but I thought why not buy the best I can find instead of hoping to get lucky on Amazon. I finally unpacked it after my diploma arrived this week, and I found several nicks/imperfections in the frame, a broken fastener, and a scratch on the glass. I don't know if Herff Jones will do anything about it, but I sent a support email and will report back if there are updates. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the purchase and would urge you to inspect all goods quickly and before any return policy expires.
