At first I was so confident that my first cross country move would go well, just by the conversation I had with a manager. Apparently everything I was told was a lie and the best part was, I had no idea they were a broker company for a little bit and I was straight up confused . So the comped stairs he told me: not happening cause apparently he didn’t put it down. The time it would take my stuff to get to me : didn’t happen The estimate he gave me : off by 1100. I spoke to a couple of women who tried to help when Alma moving wouldn’t answer their phone for a week and wouldn’t answer an email or voicemail. The only reason I gave them an extra star was because they would contact Alma for me to get answers when Alma couldn’t answer their phones But I had to call every single day both them and Alma Moving for over a month.
