Horrible company. Scammers!!!

If I could give no stars….absolutely horrible company! Like many others, no idea they were a broker! Quoted in a contract one price and then elevated to another. They subcontracted with EZ Moving in NJ who increased the number after they loaded all of my belongings. Hercules states in the contract to call them immediately if this happens, which I did and could NOT get anyone to answer! Communication was non existent! I was contracted to have my delivery in 3-10 business days. It arrived a month later! No one at Hercules would return my calls until I put a stop payment on their fee. Of course they called and once I lifted the stop payment, they ghosted me again! The sub contractor, EZ Moving also ghosted me. I finally filed a report with the police and lo and behold three days later, my belongings arrived. They stole a $300 shelving unit and broke a TV. File a claim? Yea right! Can’t even get thru to them. RUN from this scam outfit!

I adequately described my inventory and requested a quote for a full packout and was quoted $2800 for 450 cubic feet . They subcontracted Cita Van Lines and the price jumped to $6700 which after doing research is about right and after examining the contract more closely, it did not state full packout. Now Jay Dior nor Stephen Pram can be reached. I just pray that when our goods arrive the price doesn't go up more and there are no damages or I will call the police!!!

The worst company I've ever dealt with. They lie to you, they don't show up and they don't return your deposit, stay away from this company. They just lie a lie and lie and never do anything that they promise they will be doing, stay away

DO NOT RECOMMEND! they will trap you in a quote then raise the price and not refund your money.

This is a absolutely horrible company. They will lie to you nonstop. They bash all the other companies and make them sound the worst to steal your business and then they will steal all your money and/property on top of that whoever they refer you to for your car for example US Moving Solutions. They will scam you also. Do not use them they are very unprofessional and they will make your move so uncomfortable and scary. All I wanted was an easy move and they made it a nightmare! They warn you about all these moving companies are going to scam you and then they do everything they warn you about.

I am updating my review based on my experience since my original post. Unfortunately, communication and transparency have significantly declined. Upon arriving at my destination, I waited to be contacted to schedule delivery of my belongings, only to be informed that I would need to wait 21 days. After the 21-day period passed, I called for an update and was then told that the timeframe was actually 21 business days. It has now been 35 days since my move, and I still do not have my property. The carrier currently in possession of my belongings, MLV Transportation LLC, has not responded to my phone calls or returned my voicemails. The only communication I have been able to maintain is through text messages with a representative associated with Hercules Moving Solutions, but even then I have been unable to receive clear information regarding the status or location of my shipment. What has been most frustrating is not simply the delay itself, but the lack of communication and accountability. When I contracted for this move, my understanding was that delivery would occur within approximately one week of arrival. Had I been given a more realistic timeline from the beginning, I could have planned accordingly. At this point, I am considering filing a formal complaint with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and exploring my legal options. However, my primary goal remains simple: I would like accurate information about the status of my belongings, a realistic delivery timeline, and consistent communication from the parties involved. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally.

I had my furniture picked up on March 14th. They had 30 days to deliver! It is now April 16th and still no delivery. I was pawned off by Hercules moving to Alma Moving!!! My furniture was taken to a storage facility in Pico Rivera, CA! It has been sitting in storage for 30+ days!!! I have called many times to the main number. I always get the same answer, that they haven’t heard back from the driver, so they have no idea where my furniture and boxes are!! At this point I am not sure if I will ever see my stuff again. Also, they included moving my pool table in the move. But when they arrived to load my stuff I was informed of the exact opposite. They actually could not move my pool table. They didn’t have the proper tools to take the table apart and had no way to crate the slate pieces although I was told over the phone that they had moved pool tables before and they could absolutely move it. Because they said they could move it, I signed with them. In the end, my pool table got left behind. Now I find out it will cost me $600 to dismantle it , $100 for wrapping, and around $1100 to ship it!! Hercules had estimated $350 for packing the pool table. So when they couldn’t hold up to their end of the agreement, they offered me a $200 credit for the packing and that’s it. So now the move of the pool table was on me! I guess I am lucky they didn’t take my pool table or else that would be missing too. The balance I supposedly owe them for my move is $1,650.00. I think I owe them nothing because that is how much it is now costing me to move my pool table separately. I don’t know if I will ever receive my furniture valued at $50,000! So, please do not get mixed up with this company! I truly believe they are a total scam company!!! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM!! Save yourself a major headache and possibly the loss of all of your belongings!! RUN!!
