Our experience with Hercules Moving Solutionsfrom Maui back to California last September resulted in multiple items being lost, damaged, or no longer usable including a printer, bike, kitchen appliances, freezer and the list goes in! These are not minor items, and they should have been handled with basic care and professionalism. Unfortunately, that level of care was not provided. The extent of the damage and loss suggests a lack of proper handling, oversight, and overall accountability. When I raised these concerns, there was little effort to make things right. The compensation offered only $86.00 which did not come close to covering the value of what was lost and damaged. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional. You trust a moving company with your belongings and expect them to take responsibility when things go wrong. That did not happen here. Based on my experience, I would STRONGLY recommend choosing another company!!
