never again!
We ordered 2 bottles of sleep gummies that took almost 3 weeks to ship to Thailand. On opening the package we had received 1 bottle of sea salt, this wasn't what we ordered at all so I immediately contacted Herbs Pro and had correspondence with their Customer Services person who within 48 hours had seen the problem and was rectifying it, after almost 2 weeks we received the credit for 50% of the order, I politely emailed again saying the order states 2 bottles ordered and paid for, now 2 weeks later they are not replying to emails so I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the transaction as have no other choice! never again will I order anything from them!

I ordered 2 bottles of BernardRepkacement policy very arduous cherry…
I ordered 2 bottles of Bernard cherry concentrate. When they arrived one had a cap that was loose and had leaked about 1/3 of the contents. I sent them a message requesting a replacement and am being asked to jump thru all kinds of hoops that I am electronically unable to do so I'm out my money. Not happy. This stuff was expensive.

Service client catastrophique. J'ai commandé de la crème anti-douleur et j'ai reçu des articles (apparemment médicament en tube) pour chien. Depuis 15 jours maintenant je demande à recevoir les bons produits, on me dit que le problème va être réglé rapidement mais depuis 10 jours, plus aucune nouvelle de leur part... J'attends ces produits mais c'est la première et la dernière fois que je commande chez eux ! Dernière nouvelle, j'ai été remboursé pour les produits que je n'avais pas commandé (ce qui correspond à la moitié de ce que j'ai payé pour les crèmes), c'est pas gagné...

Herbspro is a great company with different good products to offer! The psyllium husk that I ordered from them last year was a better brand (not ground so refined like the one I had to order this time as the only brand available and was very pricey for the small bag I got), but I do recommend HerbsPro💊 & they probably will have the right products that you need in stock!
